when you buy monitors, you get a paper sheet with them, a graph wich shows a test they have passed, the sound they produce is "linear" (almost). that is the difference to normal speakers and on that example you can pretty good imagine what normal speakers do with your sound. like mike explained..

very true! we once smoked a spliff in the forest, we walk out on that narrow road, i out on blink on the mp3, two headphones connected, we both started to hover over the ground, we felt it in our legs. that track actually can make you fly!

numark phx-pro, dj headphone, 80€, great for production. i use them in production til final mixdown i do on monitors.. and theres not much i´ll have to adjust, so they work great. last 4 tracks i made were almost perfect, mixed just on them headphones

no, im not active im just looking up parties there. we had a lil party at some friends house 3-4 months ago. i brought dj equipment, and a strobe. everyone was so stoned they couldnt follow the music. so i had no chance for djing, everyone left the room every other minute. (most of them liked hiphop music anyway) so i was dancing to some EBM tunes with my shadow on the ceiling in that cellar. for hours. i love it.

i read a comment on some party at goabase recently, somebody claiming stroboscops dont belong to goa partys. the first psyparty ever i went to, was the best i ever attended, small dancefloor (indoor), lotsa fog and stroboscope all the time (+lotsa drugs) and a huge chillout area, black walls, blue lights and comfortable seats. i´ll never forget that party. at recent parties, they used strobe very few times. i feel like i even need a strobe. i can look at my arms and legs for hours. if i look at others more than a minute i start freaking out though so what you think? discuss.
