Ok so here is the problem: When i use more than one plugin(,not only downloaded VSTs though, sytrus and wasp that come with FL react in the same way) clicks and cracks appear. At first it was only a mild annoyance,but now,combining sytrus and another VST (Syntar)that i dl,it has become terrible. I can no longer hear what i am making,its drowned in glitches and pops!Its inaudible!! When i export the file though,as an MP3 or a WAV file,the sound is crystal clear. So it has something to do with FL My cpu usage varies,sometimes its very low or very high,but the annoying sounds are allways present.so i dont think its a cpu problem. My RAM is 1gb,so i rule this out . My soundcard is a Creative SB Live! that came with the pc.(on demand though) Can it be my soundcard? Am confused cause if the problem was my soundcard,the glitches would appear ALSO when i exported the file.WTF! can someone PLEASE help!! I need to make music,am addicted to it,its my fix!!! i hope that its not my soundcard,as i just spent my last money on books,and i am flat broke. HELP!!!!

hey thanks for the VST recomendation guys!!! i dl some,and i can say that i like the korg polysix A LOT!!! maybe its the interface,its like a real synth!(which makes my craving for hardware even worse! )

man those tracks are not crappy at all!! into the forest is very cool,and well made,the only negative thing i can say about it is that it lacks a good tension and release,and that the first acid line,gets a bit repetitive but then it goes very well again!! good work man! but follow you bliss i liked it a lot more!!! its very airy and mystical,a GREAT piece of dowtempo!!! edit: just listened to mystical forest frog,and i liked it a lot1 very hypnotic and has a good atmosphere!!! Nice job!!! btw,can someone explain what mastering exactly is??

Thanks man,you rock!!! i tottaly agree with you that it lacks progression.Its something that i also like to hear in a track,but i also believe that i have not yet reached the level to accomplish that sort of professionalism. Its a sort of pinnacle in music creation imo,a refined production that requires a lot of experience!I will do my best to reach this point,but i will need time Apparently FL6 has more to it that meets the eye! The possibilities that come with some heavy knob turning are infinite!!! I am glad that you liked it,and i will give my best to create evne better music in the future!!! Thanks again!!! i used my station. (i wished) ok,waiting for your input!!!!! cut the crap and start dl regerissimo!!! wow,very thorough report! thanks a lot mate!!! ok so: the elements changing and all that,is that i havent got the level yet to take a melody and maintain it through a whole track without it getting boring. i also used the concept of a synth discussion. I used various synhts and riffis,intercepting one each other like a discussion of many ppl. like each person has a different voice,each synnth has a different sound. so it could be like synths arguing and insulting each other!!! ok so the kick, i tottaly agree on that,its VERY repetitive and boring,but it was the first thing that i used so i didnt managed it very well. at some points i got pissed off by it,but i didnt want to ditch it!! the rythm is pretty much non-existent cause i forgot to put bass... its true,i was like 6 minutes in the track,when i realised that there is no bass!!! no way i was gonna put any so far,and risk messing up all the other stuff so,no bass=>poor rythm. the clap,i honestly tried to tweak it to sound better but with no avail.i wanted it to be more flat and deep,but i didnt achieve my goal. same goes for the snare. maybe some vst can help me with this?? which sounds did you find boring??? also something else that i find missing is "tension and release". it sorts of floats,it hasnt got that tension that climaxes with a big explosion of well put melodies and fx. i will do my best to achieve this in the future. so thanks a lot for the comments!!! keep them coming!!!

I reported this Ok so which build up? the one at the end? I find that i maybe used a bit too much snares so you can be right its a bit harsh on the ears. The instruments=> snares,claps,and kicks? Well for the snares,i pretty much agree,they sort of pop up and catch you by surprise,so maybe thats what you didnt like? as for the clapping ,what bothers me is that i was to late to add it,so its like an "intruder" but didnt have the balls to add clapping to the whle track,so here it is. the kick is lame,but hey,it was the very first thing that i put in there,so its noobines is of the higher standards Some of the melodies are well timed though,no? thanks for the comments btw,most of people wouldnt even bother to comment if they didnt like it!!! thanks mate,i will take in deep consideration you remarks! thanks!!! i will surely dl some now that i finished it!
