ja ... whens the album coming?

the Magus...... an amazing album, psychedelic, powerful .. no album since has come close to sounding so fresh and original the Artifakt is surely a great artist ... and it is definitely time for another album!!!

,,,, a super - CD for long weekend drives thru the countryside ... it just wraps you up warmly and snuggly from beginning to end .. One of my alltime favourite albums.

indeed..... a VERY solid compilation .. and as for no9. the Deliriant track ... pheww.... what a breathe of fresh air .. loved every second of it! .. and Slug brought up the rear of the album in fine style indeeed! .. really enjoyed your last couple of tracks dudE!

hi there i thoroughly enjoyed "aquatic serenade", a polished little gem (despite several cringe-worthy cheesy moments mostly related to the female vocals) that stayed in my CD player for months ... and I was truly excited to see how this artist had developed his style on his second release... .... and, sadly, i have to say it was a letdown.. to me it sounds like a batch of songs that didnt make the cut for aquatic serenade... it feels that he just didnt put half as much creativity or imagination into this effort.. sure its exceptionally well produced, as expected, but there are zero 'wow' moments for me.. just boring.

Well all i can say, after giving this album a good ol' crank the last week, is that it does justice to the Phyx legend . ... cant wait to hear him play it at a party ...

[i agree with your summary of this album whole-heartedly ... and i had such High hopes for this one ~ considering the quality of his tracks on the Doof compilations (.. in particular the final track on the Forest comp).. oh well... maybe next time !!

...FP, i suspect your feeling is exactly bang on the money ......cos its been growing on me very nicely for a while now and is still offering plenty of new and exciting treats along the way

...with '05 drawing to an end, i reckon this comp. goes down as 1 of my faves! (track 5 being my top pick!)
