Wav will be the common downloadable format, let's see beatport raise their prices to stand the competition then. I still prefer downloading for free and if i like it buying it the old fashioned way. Behaviour like that is anti consumerist and it will not improve their income. I'll stick with Saiko sounds.

Amazing artist though i can't really label him as an IDM artist, for me he only continues where BT stopped and moved to cheese. Very simple structures and sound yet very sweet melodies.

If somebody wants to do a quick buck all he needs to do is find a country with very cheap bandwidth and open there a shop. Much like Reebok factories in China but without little kids involved.

I think it's time the Electronic music web shops straight their line with iTunes prices. Their prices are ridiculous. No sane man will buy tracks for such price and i don't give a shit about their economic models problems. Paying 20 pounds for 10 tracks is ridiculous. It's 3 times the price i pay on Psyshop and Saiko and even less for the local releases in Israel. Edit: 2$ per track from my side, which is still twice as expensive as it should be IMHO.
