  2. yes it is http://www.saikosounds.com/english/display...ase.asp?id=5179
  3. The fifth album from Dakini's #1 producer features a deeper journey into symmetric synthesis with plenty of Indian & Arab vocals and percussion weaving in and out of the electronic layers. Very hypnotic. http://www.saikosounds.com/english/display...ase.asp?id=5178
  4. well the sound card is just going to make sound better, the kick ass tracks part is really up to you anyway 96khz sampling should be sufficient... sounds damn sweet and it comes with a very nice software interface, the only grudge with firewire is that if you unplug it, or it hybernates the conection is lost and you need to restart the machine, but i think that that's standard on all FW conections, which would have been a plus if it was USB2
  5. hihih... i bought the same one, and got it last week and kicks royal ass... great sound, easy set up, MIDI controller, but is standard entry level stuff... i mean depends on how far you want to go with it... but that it works... it works
  6. Reefer Decree, but human blue is a close second and Atmos still pwns...
  7. nothing - i left my headphones @ home (dumb ass rmx)

    V/A - Albedo

rediscovered this cd last night in while sleeping off a stoned stupor and it's superb... it's all i want my chillout to be...

  11. well... 4 min is 50/50... gonna wait till i have it in my hands and see how i feel about it check out lyserg lesson > http://www.beatspace.com/dettagli/dettaglio.asp?id=2385 looks perty sick too
  12. ahh man, listening to the samples don't sound all that great :/ i think my money would have been better spend on lyserg lesson... is not bad... but something to think about... last fuckin time i buy a cd on impulse...
  13. i wasn't too throughly impressed with "Insmonia" in Nowhereland and thus im shallowly basing my staements on that song, which was... ok... at best. if anything it was highly disconcerting... i'm going to check out a bit more of his latest stuff thugh... im interested now... eitherway his top ten is nice, i wanted to post it for my shindig online, maybe next month we'll see.
  14. yes i have checked the Nommos i have digitaria... wait... had... digitaria... hehe.. sold it and half a dozen songs spread on compilations... when i mean minimal is the arrangement, yes there is all this shit flying buy and there is strong pounding and usually a good groove, but the production level is minimal if you ask me, there's way better stuff out there thats dark and trippy... imo hope that cleared any misconfussion
  15. right, no need for mirror then
  16. i got it, it's very cool, highly experimental stuff, ill up-it to a server and share a link later today... got some serius bandwith to spare these days anywway

    new releases

ahh... i failed to see the description in between the discogs link and the name
  18. RAH

    new releases

i don't really see the use of this thread... you didn't even spit a pararaph per release to kind of explain a bit what's it about... when i think something interesting is coming up i just throw into the label announcement pages... but i don't know maybe this one will develop a bit more differently
  19. well you know cinos point being, they aren't technically musical, the nommos bases a lot of his qualities on the knowledge Arianne has of Djembe african drumming... which to be honest i haven't seen reflect very much, but what the fuck do i know of djembe african drumming... it's harsh music, 148-50 BMP's and what they do is not bad, but is a bit minimal, and devoid of any real juice unless you like the unrelentless hard pounding...
  20. ticon - you wanna make want to drink more wendy makes me want to drink more
  21. this cd fookin rocks, review up soon
  22. heh.. this time around he is kind of right, they are nothing awe inspiring IMO, check it out: http://www.saikosounds.com/english/show_ar...?artist_id=1463
  23. nicely put not mentin you need a crapload of music, to stitch together a set of 2-3 hours on similar BPM's on the same note... of tracks you actually like well enough to play...
  24. so tip world is going to be: so far so good huh? i mean if more labels asked for the buyer's input on what they think of what they are releasing... is an interesting idea... everything good, until: anyway...
  25. 1. Folding Time NUCLEAR RAMJET 2. Moment VAGUA 3. Bodyloation LA BAAZ 4. Refresh YOTOPIA 5. Last Mission of Atomic Submarine NEORIS 6. Beilon Pepti BIG WIGS 7. Spell SETHERIAN 8. Cosmic Dancer BLUE PLANET CORPORATION 9. Fonkhead HUMAN BLUE don't look half bad huh...
