I've heard people complaining a lot lately that most new releases are crap and that 2004 was/is a shitty year. Well I dissagree I found it a really good year many good releases and new labels. More styles, more nightmusic. Now I asked myself how do you rate a cd. How many good tracks you need before you buy a cd. I have like 500 psytrance cd's and maby 20cd's which have 5 tracks I really really like (that doesn't mean the other track are bad, just not as good). So I'm happy with 3 good (I mean good not avarage)/outstanding tracks since I know I can't expect 5 tracks I really like every cd. So How many good tracks it takes before you : -would say "now thats a good cd, I 'll buy it right away"? -review it as a good cd?

I go with lemmiwinks for this one : No vocals (singing, lyrics), I can't stand it !!!

I do the opposite, I mix as long as I can on purpose. Fuck the artists (I do respect them offcourse ) If I want to hear the music as the artists want us tho hear I go to his/her liveshow or listen to his/her cd. But when I go to see a dj I want to hear the dj's interpretation of the artist's music. My goal (with 2 cdj's) is to mix the tracks in that way that when track 1 is finished the midlle part (usually the best/most intense part) starts. But that just personal taste.

DVF, no hard feelings !! I didn't said they don't exist. But I still think that MOST of those goaremixes won't be officially released (especially not on vinyl) and can be bought in the stores, thats why we call them unreleased tracks. BUT once again I might be wrong. If you find any of them can you post a link here cuz I also would like to buy some of those 12"'s. Thx !!

I don't know where you got that information from but I think none of them are and will ever be released, but I might be wrong.

I fail to see the benefit offered by tranceshop. 30€ for 2 cd (shipping included) is what I ALWAYS pay for 2 cd's.

I received the cd friday and have to recommand it to all the dark twisted sound lovers. Good tracks especially the bug funk tracks. A job well done by nabi records if you ask me. Keep up the good work, you've got my support !!

you can just turn and pull the jog wheel off the cdj without opening the decks and using a screwdriver.

don't shoot me : I didn't like the album at all and gave it a way for free. Don't get me wrong it is wel made but for me it is just an other full-on album only with more melodies. I don't understand why everyone hates full-on but loves this album since this is just melodic full-on. Don't believe the hype : *It does have some gms- kicks *it is in no way hard and psychedelic (derango can be hard and psychedelic !!!) *it isn't that original, just melodic conlusion : a well made album, nice sounds, feel good music: *if you like melodies and the feel good full-on sound than this is a must have !!! * if you want some more action buy the misted muppets album * if you're looking for some madness or darkness : stay away from this one !!

first of all this is the 3rd album made by mandalavandalz. Second one is called kamakaze. This one is the best one (it has more good tracks than the others), many original tracks with an oldschool morning feeling. reccomanded for anyone who is into original non formulated fast (and sometimes cheezy) morning music favorites :2, 4!!, 5,7!!, 9!!
