Aspartic Posted May 20, 2015 Share Posted May 20, 2015 Hi all, yesterday I received Etnica live in Athens 1996 from Psyshop. It's a double cd, but only CD1 is in the case. CD2 is simply missing. Of course this is a problem with packaging in the factory or so ... But do you have any experience i nhow Psyshop handles these sort of errors after sale? franki Posted May 20, 2015 Share Posted May 20, 2015 I've not had that problem from them. (I did once from Arabesque and they sent a no quibble replacement straight away.) Once had a damaged CD from Psyshop. I contacted them and they asked me to return it. I did and a replacement was with me before too long. No worries here. Ralf (person behind psyhop) instantly replied agreeing to send another but wouldn't pay my postal fee to return it back. No big deal, was happy the same.
