I think somebody forgot to mix in the mellody lines. Very boring stuff. Lacks

soul. Drum sounds are cliched , high end weirdness is conservitive

unimaginative(needs to be super strange for minimal). Bottom end is dull and

too digital. Maybe this might be alright with some decent res tweaked melodies

mixed in a dj set. A bit of classical training never hurt anyone

Absolum? ... ART

Well I've heard all tracks and I think this...in one sentance:

I don't like their style, I love it :))

They show how the classical psychedelia sounds. If you're Psychedelic trance

(classical as I said) lovers, get this music. Very energetic music. Although i

haven't heard material from Absolum before, I like it a lot...you won't sorry

if you get this music...9.8/10

All the tracks are so similar sounding... espically the kick drums and bass

sounds... not worth getting an album... if it were one track.. OK ;-)

hmm... hate to say this, but whereas Transwave clearly stood out of the crowd,

this doesn't!! Recovery has some pretty insane stuff going on, I like it a lot

and Ultimatum 138 is pretty good too... but the rest simply don't do it for

me... 4/10 because someone who was into Transwave owes it to his roots to make

great original music not mediocre 3D rip-offs!!!!

Before I got an album, I was expecting one of the best hard trance albums after I heard his singles on 3D Vision compilations before 2001, from Psychedelic comp especially. I was also hoping for Elixir album since their 3-4 singles are one of the most psychedelic insane pieces of great music. So, I put the disc in the player and then.....

Tsch Tsch Tsch Tsch Boom

Tsch Tsch Tsch Tsch Boom

Repetitive sounds all around, strange structure and almost no MELODIES ! WTF ?

I was really gobsmacked by it. I only liked three tracks : DRUMATRIX, ORANGE AND ULTIMATUM 138. Rest is nice, not bad, but I was expecting a blast from Christophe and actually got pretty pretentiously wild album with almost no wilderness at all, for me at least. He made much more wild and demented stuff with Dado and later with Lestat and Mael on Elixir...WILD - 7/10 if not even 6/10 but it is him, so it is forbidden...;)
