It walks the line between mellow and skin-tingling energy. Great when you want

to chill out but not fall off. DMT alone is worth the price of this album.

9/10.

I just can´t stop smiling when I see all happy and shpongled people who salut

this album.... It truly is a real thunder hit album, soooo great twisted

melodies, pure Simon and Raja Ram stuff... probably two of the greatest

producers ever and 4ever! 11/10 !!!!

DMT is.... is, hmmmm..... I just can´t find any words for it =) One of the best

tracks I´ve heard....

Keep up the vibes Simon and Raja !!!!!

See you all in shpongle land.............*poff*

inhale the plasticy vapors and listen to the sounds

vibrate, flagellate and ripple.....Simon and Raja Ram

managed to download the essense of the experience onto

a CD. 10/10. It is amazingly well produced.

critiques: I really don't like Jungle beats, even though simon has done some of

the very trippiest ever. it would me smoother with no Jungle. The distoried

voices on D.M.T. sound a little strange, but the recreatiion of the giggling

"Tryptamine Elfs" of

psychedelic lore is authentic and spot on!

I have never found a CD better than this. Its amazing. It takes you so far

away from reality. I think anyone could enjoy this, whether they like trance

or not. As perfect as I've ever heard.

I think this is not trance.......

So........

WHY IS IT HERE?

THE NAME OF THE SITE IS GOATRANCE, NOT FUCKING AMBIENT

But it's still a good album

10/10

To WestBam : Psychedelic ambient is a part of trance music....Trance can be

melodic, minimalist, ambient, tribal,...but it's still Trance...Anyway, I

agree with you, this album is 10/10.

smoked some nice icthy-bitcy stuff.....yaaaak!

I am falling backwards,falling...falling....falling....

falling.....freefall- Let this be your mantra!

Shpongle is doing the THING for me now.....I can see the

purity in the truth in the art in the perfection in the product in the SHPONGLE.

hear...dont bother reading reviews or downloading tracks..just buy the damn

album, and get a spare copy too..coz you would commit suicide if anything ever

happened to it!!! Infinity/10

mmm, best album i've heard. this is a killer, extremely well done tracks, easy

to get into, can be both chill and takeoff (depends on your mood of course).

all tracks are really great, but 'shpongle falls', 'behind closed eyelids' and

'divine moments of truth' are the real standouts. 9/10

I had heard this album on MP3 before. Not to great sounding, some distortion

in lows and highs, tracks did not mix [errors in beginning and end of MP3, and

MP3 player would not load the files fast enough to maintain continuity],

etc... Needless to say, it doesn't do justice for the actual CD "Are You

Shpongled?" [after waiting weeks!]. The sound quality is amazing,

breathtaking virtual soundscapes will stop your heart in mid-contraction! If

you have audiophile level stereo equipment in your home, it will sound like

perfection on a CD. The MP3's off the internet [224KBit encoding (weird

bitrate, never seen a codec that writes that rate)] did not sound good at all

comparatively. Buy this album. Spend your life savings to get a copy. Simon

Posford is a god of musical composition and technology. Enjoy this album, it

provides days of listening enjoyment!

Can't rate this out of 10, best album ever.

Where is Shpongleland? A Multiverse not very far away, where Queues and Noise

don't exist, neither pain nor fear, scary faces or Bad Smells... just peace &

pieces, and perfect weather :-) Sucking the big toe of humanity, your armchair

turns into an aural spacecraft, catapulting you through the veils of Reality &

consciousness into a Psychedelic theme park: Sonar ballistkicle soma-sucking

cyber-sorcerers, floating weightless on the threshold of Bliss, creating

psycho-geometric Atomic Telepathic shimmering incandescent Dream dilations.

This hybrid Exotic serotonin-drenched electroplasmic dripping Brain-forest

moves with endless Hallucinogenic patterns while, unnoticed, a million Angels

dance on a pinhead. Fun-shui, Phrenological Escapology; The Divine Moment of

Truth... the inevitability of the unexpected - the Vortex of the Cortex.

Knowing what we don't Know, while sampling the cosmos; From the Darkness to

the Light; from the Unreal to the Real... from death to immortality... Let's

get Shpongled! - The cover of Shpongle. Every single word of this is true. The

best downtempo album ever made with no possible argument. Anyone who does not

like it is not human. A square 10/10, no less. - Shpongled Raven
