I have to disagree with some of the people because I really liked Pathfinder. All in all, a very enjoyable album. Once of the best Goa artists in my opinion. Long, melodic and full tracks filled to the brim with sound! Sometimes, when you hear one of these tracks, you feel like your brain can't handle to make the difference between all the sounds that you're hearing. Then, it suddenly clicks together and you're there where Dave wants you to get. A melodic, abstract dream universe. There are no bad tracks on this album, although I must say that that tracks Redivider could've been somewhat better. (but not much) Anyway, a solid 8,5/10 here. You really just have to flow with the music, and beieve me, it takes your mind pretty far when you're trippin. Also, I've seen a little negativity toward track 7, but it's the 2nd best on the album in my opinion. When's the next album coming out? This amazing track catapults me into outer space without any use of drugs!! It leaves me in a totally unexplainable peaceful euphoric state of mind!! More like this Dave!!!!!!! Moonart is also really good! Shadow Spirit is strong, darker then Chi-ad's other work. Myopic Utopia is good too! Redivider is less intricate in some ways but again, I'm taken away letting go to the music. This album is a psychedelic downtempo/trance masterpiece. All track are excellent on it. A 'morning' beat, very metaphorical, only those who really tap into the spirituality and higher meaning in this track (whether they know it or not matters not) can appreciate it. Mergi Posted October 10, 2001 Share Posted October 10, 2001 Extremely long tracks, at least I think the tracks get quite monotonous after awhile... if CHI-A.D had cut them down to about 7-8 maybe 9 minutes that would have been great. Still I think this is quite a good album, all tracks decent, Anno Domini, The Flame Of Eternal Life and Myopic Utopia being the ones that really kicks. Well, from Chi-Ad, I think Biocandy is best, although it`s a bit too cheesy, especially compared with this hard stuff on Anno Domini.
