  1. Giving it a deep listen Pan Electric & Ishq - About Time
  2. Brigitte Träger - Im Schnönen Oberpflänzer Wald
  3. Strangely enough - totally love it. I didn't actually give it a complete listen, you know the whole 3 hours session, but one CD a time. It scares me as hell sometimes, but it's definitely what I've been looking for: concept, dark and abstract. Perfect match! Oh, and Funnyfoodfactory has to be one of the most interesting (abstract?) tracks I ever heard. About Brother Culture, I think you're definitely giung to be surprised. I got it also from saiko, thinking, ok it's cheap, why not? But it's very entertaining, I'd call it feel good reggae-dub . The one where peace and love just never stop being mentioned. Not every track is good, but most of them are very nice. If you don't have time to check all of the songs my fav are: The Rider, Isis, The Dew Falls. Hope you'll like it!
  4. Yup last.fm is not free anymore. Only three countries don't have to pay. Sucks, as I had found quite a number of (psy) artists I really like there.
  5. +1 The thing about his movies is, although there is a lack of a (deep) story, it still makes you laugh very hard. And that's what I like. I just hope he won't make too many people's lives miserable =/ (of those who are in the movie).
  6. Abakus - The Jaguar Session A bit housey, but feels just right.
  7. Peacespeakers - Message from planet earth A bit jazzier, but still very downtempo. Don't know why, but I can imagine myself in a bar with a beer (or maybe something more with style - a cocktail?) and just slowly drinking it, listening to the album while watching the sea. Maybe also some deep philosophical debates.. hm .
  8. Younger Brother - Happy Pills (Happy can be any man who has the right music for just the right moment. ..)
  9. It's clear that bwhale didn't even bother to read all the replies, otherwise he would've seen that there are two versions of the album, one on cd the other one in digital form in a shop, and - it has also been said, that there were no promo versions given. My reply was aimed at bwhale's nagging. Again, he's just trying to be an ass, and this time he succeeded. And to be ontopic - Abasio's review convinced me to check again the samples, and I have to admit, I might've been wrong by not including it in my last order. I absolutely love concepts, the artwork is delicious and the beginning in Eleanor's theme was touching. Still I'll have to re-listen do them, although this might be the dark-flavoured (orchestral) album I've been looking for for some time now.
  10. Ahahaha . oh dear hahaha, what a reply! I'm so happy i use the "You have chosen to ignore all posts from: bwhale." option, because this is just too much. Although this was a funny one.
  11. Maybe: Guru Josh - Infinity the 90s: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YNlDczS4YK4
