  1. This is really good, tell your friend to keep on producing. He's doing a great job! It's not to nervous what I'm looking for. But it's not forest trance either, maybe sometimes a little touch. Then again I'm not a specialist at all when it comes to forest trance. Other members will/can post a better or more reliable feedback.
  2. Ok ok ok On topic, Does anybody heard any samples yet?
  3. What an old topic. I lost those you tube links, great to have them back
  4. To me, Goatrance is Goatrance, it always has and always will be. This is Goatrance!!!! No matter when, where or how it is released. It just is! Well On topic, Indeed their latest album was fullon, but imo, to be fullon they tried hard to gave it a goatrance feeling. They did not succeed well, but they tried imo. For example certain parts in this track http-~~-//www.youtube.com/watch?v=C244aNRGncw
  5. Antares - astral plane A good chance that this will be my favo morning trance track this summer!
  6. Same over here. You should check their earlier stuff. Like I mentioned before. 'Dusk and her embrace' http://www.discogs.c...ce/master/11177 If you don't like that, then indeed Cradle of Filth is not your taste!
  7. Thanx!, It's a constructed garden (or how do they say that in English), with one big tree in the middle surrounded by rocks. And paths all over I love spending time there!
  8. I'm going to a barbecue in 30 minutes, a friend of mine has a huuuuuuuuge garden, and it feels a bit like nature
  9. I've got all their releases original until 'cruelty and the beast' I like his voice, but their pattern has become more death metal instead of black metal. (less symphonic) So I lost my interest.
  10. I know what you mean, Well Dimmu Borgir got famous in 1998 with 'Enthrone Darkness Triumphant' that was released in 1997. I got the album original and still like it. Mayhem were the founders just like Immortal (who are now more commercial) and preferred a low profile, and hated commercialization! That's why the bad recording, videos etc... + don't forget back then recording/producing was not what it is now, but they selected not to! You should read Mayhem's story. The first lead singer shot him self and the rest of the members, took a pic of his corpse and used it for their next album, they froze his brain and ate pieces of it and made crosses from his skull . Most of them are in prison for burning churches and christian stuff. They were too extreme imo. Music is about storytelling, not actual destroying life!
  11. Yep, it's is pure individual conditioned! If Pleiadians released their debut album now, People would like it but that's it. Metallica's Black Album is considered one of the best, but they were just the first with that type of mastering and riffs! You should check this documentary! The seven ages of rock. http://www.bbc.co.uk/music/sevenages/ A very interesting doc about the evolution of music (rock). There are similar patterns. +1 I've been waiting for like 3 years now for the Psy-Hype, to many criticism and overdose releases to fade away. Don't get me wrong. It had to happen, I don't want to be superior towards others. But people who love Goatrance/Psytrance can now do their thing, without being disturbed by a certain multitude imo!
  12. Ah ok, my mistake... So what we used to call "spamming" has now become "the frequency of new posts and replies"
  13. Everything ok, we talked this morning on Msn. Great to notice you are still active
  14. The rules changed! I did'n notice, thanx for the reminder. I just checked them in detail & thoroughly!!!
  15. Mmmmmmm! Psynews was slow too sometimes back in the past, and was often offline for daaaaaaaaays, even before the new forum lay out was started. That's the internet I guess...
  16. I used to have cats, I love them , But I live in the city and lost 2 cat's 'death by a car accident'. So as long, I live in the city, I'm not bringing/buying any cats @ home anymore. Maybe a moment of silence for these 2 beauties who gave me a lot of love and mutual!!!
  17. Béééééééééélgiééééééééééé!!!! Maar hoe lang nog?? ;)

  18. Thanx, I don't see him on MSN anymore, then again I have been offline for a long time so...
  19. I recently bought Life of Agony's new album 'Life Of Agony's 20 Years Strong.' CD1 : River runs red live the entire release (to be honest, you will prefer the debut album) CD2: DVD with one of their last live performances. It's good, but I noticed his voice is not what is it used to be. They are getting old. Interview with Life of Agony bassist Alan Robert Pantera off course, Cowboys from Hell! http-~~-//www.youtube.com/watch?v=2DfYLar2QGI +1
  20. I was hoping for that
  21. I'm working on my Antares review!
  22. Is he still active? or did he leave?
  23. I have fibernet, so I have not noticed it at all
  24. Great , Feel free to contact me! On the metal side, I always preferred the more "symphonic" metal like Dimmu Borgir. (translated, black castle or dark castle) I remember founders like 'Mayhem' calling them pussies for using 'synths' but I ignored that. Cradle of filth used that too, and 'Dusk and her embrace' was and is still great!!! Dark Soho used Cradle of Filth in a track and it was not that bad imo!
  25. So this it? (not complaining)
