  1. You mean AoT can't play the original or the remix? He sure did play the original at S.U.N. Festival (and I'm glad he did). And btw, 100th Monkey - Spiritus is of the greatest goa trance tracks of all time and nothing short of a blast on the dancefloor.
  2. Nope, the same track, different mix (remember, I said these are all from the 90s, that album is 2002).
  3. 10 points actually, some of your wrong guesses came quite close. And yes #7 is a VERY nice track
  4. Goa Vibes Vol. 2 Well I'm fucking sorry for not explicitly specifying that this will be downtempo with a slight hint of slower goa here and there. Where did I say any of this is ambient anyway? Not that you even seem know what that is in the first place. You mean #47? 95 BPM, so check your facts before spewing more bullshit. #30 is 127 BPM and #5 128 BPM, and I was thinking of not including them, but did so anyway as I had no idea anyone would start nitpicking about "incorrect" BPMs and strict genre definitions and just take the quiz as it is.
  5. Stop whining and make a quiz yourself.
  6. I'll have to drop that to 10 points. Only 1 point for #36 even if it's theoretically correct. But this was stuff from the '90s (you had lots of guesses from the '00s here...) Bravo for getting #7 right
  7. Nobody really asked for it, but here goes anyway 50 downtempo tracks from the '90s, no obscure artists or tracks as far as I know (all connected to the goa scene in some way or another). Lots of tracks I consider classics. Some of them might be a bit tricky but nothing impossible, and quite a bunch of ridiculously easy ones. 1 point per correct artist and/or track. 100 points maximum. What was Radi saying again about this being impossible since there are only 10 tracks each by 5 artists we could include here... (there are 45 artists in this one)
  8. That was my initial reaction aswell After AP followed Shakta - Silicon Trip, UX - Ultimate Experience, and Cosmosis - Cosmology (still the best goa trance album ever made in my opinion, perfection from start to finish).
  9. Astral Projection - Dancing Galaxy, autumn 1997 edit: the album There was no going back anymore.
  10. And super expensive, on CD at least
  11. That makes it 46 in that case
  12. Discogs knows everything
  13. Octopus comes in at a really close second place
  14. Well I'm even more of a downtempo geek than goa trance geek, truth to be told And I'm already compiling my own version of this, will post at some point next week, OK? How many points did you give for #25, #47, and #50?
  15. Damn it, mixed up #24 and #38 And there's 2 versions out there of #50 with different names. Both mine and yours is correct as it's impossible to know which one it is from a 20 second snippet. And #30 also exists with 2 different spellings.
  16. Schöneberg http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=REY8TDxomtA
  17. Yes please do it. I'd been thinking of doing the same but just go ahead.
  18. Nitpicking. Your genre definitions and restrictions sure are a bit weird you know.
  19. Oh yes... I completely forgot already that I bought DtG4 from a friend of mine some months ago but had to return it because the CDs were in rather unrippable condition :/
  20. Ouch :/
  21. I'm actually kinda surprised that so many of you know #14.
  22. It hasn't been 3 days now since I posted this But whatever.
  23. Well my old one was 10/1 and cost 25€ so it was way more expensive than yours in comparison. It was from a deal from 5 years ago (same ISP). They don't even sell those anymore. What's interenting is that my ping to Tallinn was 10ms and Espoo 20ms Speeds were the same. Joo ei taida Welhon kaapelia saada Helsingin ulkopuolella ollenkaan.
