Add that many Goa producers and their friends are high on hallucinogens half the time and I think what we get is a batch of vinyls pressed, sometimes with mistakes, sometimes in unrecorded quantities, etc.. It is not surprising to see many 'variations' of a release. I have a copy of Twisted with a TIP shiva logo on one of the sides. Shit happens.
