  1. Goazzz... >> You have a very good point, Sweden is likely the second most expensive country in Europe ... Norway is A LOT worse tho, and I mean A LOT. The norweigans sometimes travel to Sweden to do shopping, crazy! Gnome >> I guess you're right ... as for getting help, WOW, what a beautiful atmosphere at this board ... feels like I'm back in Thailand or something Oh and as for anyone who wants to visit Kos, the ferry over there ain't that expensive huh? I think I'll be living in an apartment with one other guy or so over there when attending school ... maybe I can bribe him a little so he'll let me have a roomie, in case anyone wants to have a holiday without paying hotel... we'll see
  2. Listening to Sky Input right now actually ... wicked stuff Good luck with the new album Jennis, looking forward to it!
  3. excuse me for saying it but this thread is typically Swedish myself I don't see how "useless" posts does any harm, it's basicly conversation, ain't that a good thing? anyways I'm a noob here so I'll obey the rules, just thinking a relaxed atmosphere beats having to look at the rule book before hitting "Add Reply" every time ...
  4. Goazzz... >> sounds great and damn, is it really THAT expensive? sounds like a month over there is gonna ruin me ... need to smuggle with me the company credit card or something oh and Gnome, don't be a tease, you know you have to translate that nick now that you brought it up
  5. Just curious, which festivals do you plan to attend this summer? Myself I'm aiming for Antaris Project in Germany, and possibly VooV since a lot of my friends are going. Antaris Project is a prioritity tho, judging from last year it has a whole other atmosphere then the larger festivals over there ... awesome party for sure! Also very interested in Kazantip, a party in Ukraine tho I don't have that much info about it. Their webpage is in Russian and the only thing I've understod from it is that the info is gonna be released in hmm, 46 days or something. I'd be much interested in visiting Portugal again this year, also maybe Spain or Croatia ... if you got any tips I'd appreciate it! After the summer my only plans are Greenspirit in Thailand for New Year... as you might already know the last one was canceled but it's been re-schedualed
  6. Sounds wicked, you got any dates for that event? Always thought Greece was a nice country, too bad the prices has gone up so much. I seem to remember people telling me it was a very good country for backpacking many years ago ... before the Scandinavians arriwed lol Oh and I mean the prices, I'm sure the country itself still rocks! Oh and EP >> I'm going to school @ Kos ... and believe it or not, the school wouldn't let me decide the dates Nice sig animation you got there btw
  7. honestly haven't read the whole thread ... but if you haven't heard this album already check it out --> Shaman - Foretaste it's a swedish artist and the music as per my definition is perfect for the swedish outdoor parties ...... in the middle of big dark forests, what can I say
  8. a new Younger Brother huh? truly interesting as for the year 2005 I'm pretty happy already, Aerolinks new album Skypilot suited my taste perfectly. progressive that is, although the topic was about psy.. also personally I don't feel much for comparing 2 great things to each other, wether 2005 will be worse or better then any other year ain't as relevant as the fact that it's gonna rock
  9. I'll definitly look in to spending a few extra days in Athens. You've been very helpful, thanks a lot! Oh btw, do you live in Athens? It'd be fun to grab a few beers or something when I'm over there, always fun to meet new people! (oh and sorry moderators, I noticed there was a special forum for these kind of questions...... my bad)
  10. I think you might be right. I hear some great DJ's are playing at the tourist locations tho, such as Ibiza ... unfortunately I haven't heard anything about Kos. Guess it's all about getting drunk. As for it being low season, I can only hope lol As for Athens, that's where I'll start my journey and then make my way to Kos by ferry. Are you saying I should take an extra week or so in Athens? It seems very expensive but I would love to check out the scene in Greece if I can! Thanks for taking the time to reply.. Greece is a beautiful country, I'm sure I will enjoy it this time also
  11. I added Capetown to my list of places to visit. As for Germany, it sure is great in the summers ... but unless you plan on living at the party scenes (as mentioned) you'll be spending a lot of cash. Europe is quite expensive. But except for that, the trance scene in Europe is outstanding! South Thailand is also very good, Koh Pha-Ngan (big surprise) has a party every day at times. Entrance is usually 200 bath, about $5, and that includes a free drink. Just be sure you go there late, maybe 5 or so in the mornings ... earlier at night the parties attracts too much drunk tourists that are more in to getting drunk/high then the actual dancing. I don't know much about the rest of Asia but you should find out considering it's very close for you. Austrualia seems very fun as well, maybe you can tell us some about it =) As for me I'm in Sweden, in the summers we have ok parties here as well but the cops always try to shut it down so you might end up at the police station for a few hours ... something you don't have to worry about in Germany for example. Anyways, gotta stop rambling, good luck on your travels! Peace, Dario
  12. Interesting info... I'll be over there in August, would rock to check out some of the parties Club Sonar, I'll keep that in mind ... any other info you could share would rock, maybe send a PM! Peace
  13. Hey guys! Looking for a little info ... maybe some links. I'll be in Greece on the island Kos for a month during May - June to attend school. Since nightclubs and people falling over each other doesn't entertain me THAT much I was wondering if anyone of ya had some clue about the goa/trance scene down there. (Yeah it's down viewed from Sweden) Any info or links would be appreciated Thanks / Dario
