Guys i was born in Bordeaux, so i can give you some advice for the Orejona : you can get to Bordeaux from by many ways : - Car (E19 from NL, then A14 or E19 in BE, then A2-A1 in the north of France, then A10-E5 from Paris...basically there are 1000 km from the Dutch border to Bordeaux, 600 km from Paris to Bordeaux). Near Bordeaux you have to take the 'pont d'Aquitaine' to cross the river, then stay on the 'rocade' (ring) a few minutes and take exit 7 direction Blanquefort and Eysines cities. You'll get on the N215. stay on it ~900m and go on the right to take the D2 road. Stay on this road during 30 kms untill you get at Cussac-Fort-Médoc where the party takes place....you'll see the greatest vineyards of the world on this road - Bus with Voyages 4A (beware those guys cancelled the busses to the Voov last week) -TGV (fast train, 3 hours from Paris Montparnasse to Bordeaux) -Train 304 or 307 (don't remember) (6 hours from Paris Austerlitz to Bordeaux, beware even though this is a cheap train, it is a nightly one and there are thefts). Check the SNCF site. - Plane to Bordeaux-Mérignac airport. then you have to take a shuttle to the Saint-Jean train station in the center of Bordeaux. For those last 2 solutions, you have to take the Bordeaux-LeVerdon train and stop at Listrac station i think. It's a poor train, no reservation is needed. There are 3 trains on the 15 august : 7h43, 12h20, 19h28. The trip will take 40 mins. Then there will be only 3 or 4 kms to walk to reach the festival (road D5-E2, then D2 on the left).

Hello i'm looking for some serious info. so we're going to Samothraki and we're still looking for - the boats days and schedules at lavrio and any advice concerning this (i wouldnt like to stay stuck in the port because of a lack of room or because there is no boat on the day we choose to go) - the way to go to lavrio from athens - a place to stay in athens 2 days before or after the festival. we'll be 2 boys, 2 girls. thanks mars.

Most of the tracks sound louge with the Etnica touch...they have always been good at composing ambient. Yet this looks more like an album. Musically speaking, the whole cd is very relaxing, with not so many synthetic instruments. Here you can hear guitar, castanets, flute, piano, etc... The tracks in which you recognize most the Etnica expertise are nr. 9,10,2,4. I can add that Sergio Mendoza is Serge(Antidote/Total Eclipse), and Deedrah and him have also managed to give this lounge touch... Overall this is a good compil to listen to at home in casual situations... 8/10.

Bio-Tonic - Play It Artist: Bio-Tonic Title: Play It Label: TIP World Date: 2002 Track listing: 01. 7'34" Play It 02. 7'22" Black Energy Review: Play It begins with philosophic french samples, and the music itself starts : big bassline, small noises on both sides, drums...and big surprise, a woman fills your ears with very spiritual voices and is joined by small twisted sounds ! And now it's like some powerful psy harmonies are going in every direction, one after the other. Here, everyone dances ! There are cool breaks, and enough variations. Impossible to be bored ! At 4:00 you can breathe a little but the kick is still crushing the place...strong strings, silly french sample, pause, and...the harmonics restart with the little tweaked sounds and the voices all at the same time, blowing everyine away ! This is true full-on ! Hum...if you refrain from playing it again and again, you can put the vinyl updide down and listen to Black Energy : This one is more typically Bio-Tonic-like. The begining kicks hard, and is filled with samples. 1:28 twisted break and the music restarts with more hi-hats...another break with a french sample ("certainties make men blind and insane"), and suddenly there are some GMS-like notes, then faster, even more GMS-like , but on the Bio-Tonic rhythmic, it's something totally new ! Once again the track is varied enough as there is a change in the samples or a break every 30"...after some tweaked ping-pong samples the distorsions come back alltogether to acheive you ! No doubt this is one of the best EPs this year, maybe the best. I don't give 9/10 often, this one has it.

hello people i don't know if mad is perfect person for a 100% efficient moderation, we'll see. i believe she can be very efficient so i gave her very precise instructions. she's the main offtopic moderator and one of the general moderators (there were already 4-5 general moderators, including me, all very lazy). anyway mad is like me on one point : she hates politik/racist/pédo fights. so she has full power to destroy all posts like that. mars.

if we only want to put a tracklisting, we dont need you. actually we need you because we need to know what people thiunk about the releases. yet you noticed maybe that there is a lot of garbage in the reviews, so we want you to give at least one good review (the first one) until at least we are able to moderate all the garbage thats written after. there is also a problem of lazyness. if we let people to submit a tklisting without a review, everyone will do it and we wont have consistent reviews anymore. believe me, i'm sure about that, i's been proved on other things i worked in. so please give us your opinion in at least a few sentences describing either your general feeling if the release is homogenous enough, or a short description & feeling about each one of the tracks, if possible. you may even add a mark/10. i hope you understand. thanks.
