  1. Infected mushroom is commercial and still has some intelligent sounds. Astral projection is very commercial & WHOW, they made alot of wicked tracks. From old skool to commercial, it was just THAT good that they got famous. They diserved it. The music had soul & creativity in it. I also want to see some psytrance for the masses. Being commercial is not bad, but being unoriginal, or stealing other peoples succes by a lousy remix, that's bad. What will happen is that people will think: oh, look at skazi, is it that easy to make psytrance, you only need 3 notes, a kick, an old melody from a 5 year old song and a bassline? I can do that... And after a while others will follow & the creativity & depth of the music will be gone. But anyway, In some point you're right, it's still a free world..
  2. Skazi probably fucked his was up to get Dana international in one of his tracks. damn, actually, i don't want to think about it.... think of something nice...... think of something nice...... think of something nice...... think of something nice...... AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH, can't get skazi doing Dana out of my head, someone shoot it!!!!!!!! PLZ HELP ME!!!!!!!!
  3. I'm happy to see people are interested in Aum. Few years ago i had a big spiritual explosion & i was over fascinated by these kinds of things. So beware, if you go digging in the religious rabbit hole, it's very deep, but also very interesting. I can say it has changed my life. It can change your whole perspective on the world & push your mind pitch black, but it's there where you discover the true meaning of light. I looked it up and Aum was first found in the sankrit-age (ancient india, before egyptian empire, that's like looooooooooong time ago ), but actually Aum is a universal sound. I probably has it origin before the sanskrit. The A-U-M forms a matrix which holds every frequency. Aum can also be found in other religions, which indicates that all religions are based on the same fundaments. Aum = amen (christian) = Aameen (Islam) = Hum (Egyptian) =Ohm (science ) ? Aum is the name of god in every religion, Aum holds the matrix of the sun, therefor the sun is our god, A creator, U preserver & M destroyer. A - Brahma (Creator) U - Vishnu (Preserver) M - Shiva (Destroyer) (Now you know where Shiva comes from ) aum was the primordial sound through which the whole universe was created. Scientifically, The modern scientists agree that sound waves are very powerful and they can trigger off, physical existence. aum is a sacred word and every mantra begins with it. aum signifies beginning or creation. There are seven psychical chakras (energy wheels) in our body situated along our spine (from the base of the spine to the top of the head). Aum connects three principal chakras (the solar plexus, which is just below the ribs above the navel, the throat chakra, and then the top of the head chakra). OM, or AUM, is the first letter of the Sanskrit alphabet. The significance is that it represents all the sounds in the universe combined. In the beginning there was nothing and then there was the Word, the word was Om and all of creation emanates from it. Aum is the most sacred symbol in Hindu dharma. Aum is the sound of the infinite. Aum is said to be the essence of all mantras, the highest of all matras or divine word (shabda), brahman (ultimate reality) itself. Aum is said to be the essence of the Vedas. By sound and form, AUM symbolizes the infinite Brahman (ultimate reality) and the entire universe. I made a mistake at the meaning of the 3 bows. Excuse me for that, i'm not an expert myself. +It's been a while for me.... (I'm more into DNA & gaia these days => that's my religion) Here's the correct info about the bows: large lower curve = The material world of the waking state (awake) upper left curve = deep sleep right curve = dream state (between awake & deepsleep) point = absolute consciousness (light being) The dream state, lying between the waking state below and the deep sleep state above, emanates from the confluence of the two. The point and semicircle are separate from the rest and rule the whole. The point represents the turiya state of absolute consciousness. The open semicircle is symbolic of the infinite and the fact that the meaning of the point can not be grasped if one limits oneself to finite thinking. I'll post some more spiritual threads if you like, i've got a whole library about these things. It will take me a while to translate it all into English but i'm always happy if I can help people with these subjects.
  4. If you mean the Aum, excuse me, but then i'm gonna laugh pretty hard you know.... i'll explain what the "goa logo" really is, It's much more ancient then you think...( i think Hindu) I noticed at parties people are rarely aware of it, shame...: I can write 500 pages about this religious symbol but i'm gonna try to stick to the point. Aum looks like a 3. with a stip & bow on the right. Aum is the spectrum. Everything. A (high freq - u (mid freq) - m low freq) The sound of the sun. Aum is infinite. 3 bows=3 states= awake, sleep (above each other), deepsleep (next to sleep) connected to each other. the little stip is the dream state , it is disconnected from the 3 bows & carried by a little bow (=subconsiousness.) to indicate it's distance to the other states This is very flat talk, just want to give an idea... In case you were looking for the Aum, it is NOT "the goa - logo" It goes back 10000(add zeros if you want) years before goa was even started. Look it up, it's a very interesting symbol.
  5. Dude, ooooooh, Filteria played in Belgium (Antwerp) this year. 10th of March if i'm correct. It was one of the best parties this year here. (Had to go there with my deco, but i only had a few backdrops back then & it was like ...euhm....a BIG gig. But if worked out fine, luckely i wasn't the only one with deco... ) (ppssssst, i heard something about another party in Belgium with filteria, , yihaaa, release the madness!!!!! Keep your eyes open...)
  6. Most intelligent bassline: Kindzadza. No one can compare to that dude's work He puts aaaaaaaaaalll his energy in the bassline. Dark Soho also has very good basslines. They are with 3 persons. One of them focusses only on the basslines. Parasense managed to suprise me alot of times. If there is one artist which is very wellknown & still inovating in a respectfull way, it's parasense for sure.. Not falling in clichés or commercial sounds, They made a track lately, on a different name, Freaking-stick (fear psychosis comp CD), WWWWWOOHOOOOOW, killer bassline IMO, still parasense, yet, so different.
  7. Yeah, Skazi si not that bad. Wait until you hear Hypersonic & Dynamic - Inside Me Now THAT are 2 mo"fo's we have to take out. Leave Skazi.... He's not worth it anymore We have found an new victim... 2 actually
  8. aha! In search for the goa spirit? I found it in Finland this summer. I will cherrish the memory Elixiria festival, without a doubt, THE best party of my life. It's gonna be pretty hard to find that vibe again. People were very open, very crazy, but playfull. Nice nature... Very strange things happended with me there. I had a very bad year & when i got back home i felt like a new person.. &what the fuck, i didn't believe my ears the first night!!!!! All the music was home made suomi saundi.... Every track played was made in Finland... They have like approx 50-60 psyartists there & good music, damn, twisted psychedelic, orginal, experimental!!!!!! It was like discovering goa for the second time. damn I miss it.... You know that "magic" feeling? Go to Finland!
  9. Hey, i have an idea. Let's send an e-mail around with the message: ------------------------------------------------- SKAZI! YOU SUCK! (in font 72) -------------------------------------------------- list of names that have agredd with the message & singed this mail: 1.Santa 2.God 3.Jezus 4.Ché 5.Dalai lama 6.micky mouse 7. When this message hits 50000 names plz send to skazi@chemicalcrew.com lol, just joking
  10. Skazi !!!!!!!! Definetly. Someone give me a sniperrifle and i'll take him out. I'll sacrifice myself He made a remix lately of a Belgian Club-house track. Don't know the name of the original artist The track is called satisfaction i think. ( quote:touch me, tralalalala, till i can get my, tralalala, satisfaction) I dislike club-house & i must say that the original is even better then skazi's "goa" remix. He just putted a "fat" bassline on top of it, one he allready used a bunch of times before. He raped a bad song and made it even worse... that's NOT cooooool duuuuuuuuuude
  11. I think all intelligent music is good, don't mind if it is cheesy, dark, prog. As long as it better then the music i make i'll just respect&love it. I don't like full-on & minimalistic, when there is no soul in the sound & it is often without intellgence and too much rockstar-attitude. I also dislike remixes, yuk! Skazi & stuff, every child can learn how to make music like that in 1 year. You just need enough money to take it to a good sound engineer & you got your track. I do like minimalistic with a lot of soul in it, but that's mostly chill out. Fractal glider is a genious imo, the fact he sounds a little bit cheezy is irrelevant. If you don't like it, it's just you're ego that is standing in the way to recognize intelligent sound. Try too make music like this dude & the respect will grow every second... He is on a Simon Posford-like level...
  12. Irschtas dark psy from Finland. Ghreg on earth also has some very nice dark tunes. The old CD's of Haldolium Fungus funk Penta Psykovsky Parasense
  13. Filteria suntriprecords www.suntriprecords.com released his album this week. MELODIC STILL LIVES!!!

  15. Frequency Deluxe - Frequency Deluxe Artist: Frequency Deluxe Title: Frequency Deluxe Label: Kagdila Date: 2003 Track listing: 01. Slide Ruler 02. Ridamdiculous 03. Online Gamerla 04. Drip Technique 05. Big Game Hunting 06. K Dila 07. Our Dna Is Better Than Yours 08. Shwink 09. Sci-dept 10. Drainwash Review: One of the most boring and repetitive production I have recently heard. Most of the tracks is based on the same structure built with similiar samples. Because of that, despite three tracks (1,7,10), the rest suffers lack of idea and is just boring. In overall the tune is a psy-tech-trance with leading straight kick and noisy, distorted samples. If you like such combination you may be able to listen the whole album, I couldn't. 3/10
  16. Wunderbar, wahnsinnig!!! This album is really a fresh, psychedelic gust. Oszilla represents a very unique style although all of the tracks are deep and rather dark. Great samples, basslines, reasonable use of melody and what else you'd expect from a good psy-trance production. The best track on the plate: "Die Hexen". Other favourites: 1,2,3,4,6,7,8
  17. I agree with my pre-reviewers. This album really is a killer and kicks hard. Extremely deep, dark and wicked with pumping bassline and smooth minimal touch. Goa fans may complain to lack of melodies but for most of trance-freaks this is a must! Best tracks: 3,4,5,6,7. Overall: 9/10
  18. I liked this album.this is a goa psy trance is all about. A pure full on sounds & beats...this is a killer party & mind for sure......10/10
  19. this is probobly the worst album I ever bought
