It is pretty old sounding, still I liked it. I need to find it in my physical collection as I cannot find it in my digital one -

Honestly, I didn't get all the way through it that day but I will give it another go. It was a really interesting old school sound, pretty different to almost all the stuff I listen to usually. No really strong emotions about it other than interest so far. -
I always want to stay up late but get told that will keep her awake, so I can't.

17 years away, I am sure that you don't see this, but I miss you. You were a big part of Psynews, when Psynews was a big part of me.
I hope that you're doing well, wherever you are and whatever you are doing

What did you think of Rainbirds? I remember really loving this album but I haven't listened to it in years. It is not in my digital collection, I need to rummage through my CDs to find it and rip it (same with Juno Reactor - Transmissions -

Now playing Hymn 27 minutes of pure joy I wish would never end -
Still slogging through this book and while I will finish it, eventually, I didn't think I will ever read another book by David Mitchell again. The culmination of this book came in the PENultimate section, it read like Young Adult fiction but it flowed well and kept you wanting to read. Then the last section came and, I just have no idea why this is here? It is just like a really long epilogue that no one wanted. I am on the last chapter now, and unless something comes in the next few pages that ties everything in to a satisfying ending, then it's just going to be as pointless as the other 60% of this book that was trying too hard to be clever but just was not, and was not interesting. David Mitchell, my advice is to stick to TV, you were quite funny, your books suck.

Do I still feel this way 12 years later? And 32 years after the original release? You bet I do! A timeless classic that never gets old
-
32 years on from this release and it'd still something I listen to quite often, a couple of times a year at least on top of the similar Dragonfly comps around the same time. If it has Genetic - Trancemission, I'll listen to it any time of the day

Rena Jones - Driftwood I didn't realize she had so many other albums, there's even one with Kilowatts that looks interesting -
Well, I guess misery loves company because that makes me feel better It's 1 am here now, just finished the walk the cleaning and everything, should I sleep (I should) or sit up doing things I want to do?

That sounds a bit like my life!

My god, 30 (THIRTY) years later and this is still really really amazing. Needs more listens to get me back in the trance spirit

Not seen or heard anything about him since 2007 - Inland Maybe he retired, some speculation is he was in Fukushima when the tsunami happened. No one really seems to know. Here's the latest I can find to download easily World Receiver

One day of work and then 2 more days off, how coming back from a holiday should be Though I am just on my way back home now, today my wife had to eat ice-cream cake and play games with a friend, so of course she's so tired she cannot clean or take the dog for a walk, so it's up to me, who's been out since 7:30 this morning (it's now 9:30) to do all that.

Good news, everyone! 🚀 We finally found a new quality ‘on demand’ single 12inch vinyl-record press with a reasonable price … The 12’’ record is cut (not pressed) into vinyl and is NOT a regular Lathe dubplate but a real Vinyl and comes with printed cover and sleeve. This record colour comes only in black tho’. Order ships from The UK with Tracker-ID. Shipping price within Europe is only 10 €, and 13 € to the rest of the world. Double LP releases are still mad expensive. Our 7’’ LP has yet to break it’s first ever order .. Thank you 🙂↕️ KER https://kaliearth.bandcamp.com/merch

Sorry for the threadromancy 🥷

Last year I got a Miyoo Mini, it's like a Gameboy but can play all the old titles from the NES & SNES, Master System and Megadrive and even some PS1 titles. It's like all the nostalgia I could have ever hoped for.

Getting to the end of my summer break from work. Just today and tomorrow to go, then one day off then it's the weekend I have ruined this holiday by not sleeping well 😭 I'm always tired from work, and now I am off for a week and didn't make the most of it relaxation wise.
