ECT, Leigh Griffiths

Recommended Posts

I went completely mental when I just for the first time heard his track "mr. jolly".

what a talented composer! among the best this genre ever had.

I read in discogs he was about to release an album in 1998, but it didn't happen.

I'd appreciate if somebody could either:

1) send me those tracks if you have them

2) give the guy's email or something

thank you.

That's true, he's great. I only know that he made many tracks together with Mass.

Maybe if you look in the websites of the labels that released his tracks (Phantasm,Sphere) you'll find something.

Leigh is alive and well and living in (i think) london

Bloody nice bloke!

There's a new ECT track coming out on the next Gi'iwa compilation Musica DiscOrdia. He has some other new tracks as well -- similar vein to his earlier stuff and bloody mesmerising :)

He also does great leftfield/chillout/eclectic DJ mixes that give mine a run for their money

Oopie, i've PM'd you his email.

Also remember to check out the Maelstrom / Next Stop Earth 12" released on Psychic Deli in 1998. http://www.discogs.com/release/301812

Along with Sqwark & Helpless I think its the best Ive heard from him.

Nothing like a good electro convulsive therapy to get your day on a roll :-)

Best Wishes

Krell
