Artist: Hallucinogen

Title: LSD

Label: Dragonfly

Date: 1995

Track listing:

01. 03'44" LSD (Radio Edit)

02. 09'10" LSD (Live Mix)

Review:

This is one of the alltime classics... LSD. is without doubt one of S.

Posford's masterpieces and everyone HAVE TO KNOW this track... This EP

features the track in a short radio-version and a longer live-mix... Nothing

really new here... All that's noticely different is the length of the loops

and build-ups and breaks!

Well.. What else can I say... this is a classic and everyone should have

this in their collection! Rating: 9,2/10 Bom shankar!

I share Deathposture's opinion. This is a classic single.

And i can say that this is better then remixes(IMHO).

But sound is a kinda strange here and somitems pretty the same. As for me, i

don't really like this single.

7/10

This is maybe the most classical goa song of them all!

It really takes you away but i dont think that it is a dancefloor killer. I

just love to put it on and lay down on my couch and close my eyes and float

away..

Home-listening 10/10

Dancefloor 6/10

Well, just a small note:On the original 12" there is no live mix or anything,

the a side is titled "Alpha centauri" and the b side is "Lsd".At least in my

copy;)

Ha! This track started the whole goa thing for me. It's wonderfull. It

certainly is one of the very best sai tracks ever IMO. My favorite mix

is the one by DOOF...

After having listened to LSD in 2007, I understood many things

about goa .

I think this song settled many parameters of the goa to come.

As for LSD, I liked it (the song , of course :P ).

This song gives me the

same mood of Astral projection's Kabbalah , even

if it has less layers and an easier structure.
