It keeps getting better and better every single time I listen to it. Sometimes

it's a bit too messy and I still think it lacks some structure, but I tend to

enjoy the chaotic madness more and more. I guess the Logic Bomb album made me

understand the crazy, unmelodic patterns better and to appreciate the harsh,

metallic sounds in this album even more. I still don't think it's a great

album, but it sure as hell makes more sense now than the first time I listened

to it. "Cryptic Crunch" is a good example of what Scandosounds are all about.

To all Israeli freaks - "Duck and cover!!?!"... ;)

Ok - whoever got into the Hallucinogen/Hux Flux debate needs to step back and

take them each for what they are. Posford's superb use of the dial-up

demonstrates his mastery of all things electronic, but HuxFlux have captured

something raw, deeply psychedelic and totally astounding. If you're reviewing

Hux Flux, then point out how fresh and intriguing each track sounds even after

several playings, and how totally unpretentious the whole thing is. Album

covers - pixellated - frankly who cares ! If you judge this by its cover

you'll be sorely mistaken. Don't delay, buy it today !

This is not average!!!.. this rocks your ass...

Many of the songs was made in 1998... talk about a NEW style back then.. i

heard several songs in the "famous" forestparties in Sweden.. completely

ROCKS .. filled with feelings!!!!!!!!

This is what GOA is all about.. partyfeelings!...

UNDERGROUND music but STILL very good quality and production... the songs makes

me smile.. there is always a glimt in the eye in all tracks... I LOVE IT...

Definitly gets you to dance.. .wherever you are...

breakbeats mixed in for total psy-mayhem!! like nothing ive heard before i

have to say...a really original and inspiring album...every track is a stormer

and its not often i can say that!! if you get the chance download a track

called `Idiot` its not on the album but if its on the next one then its mine

already!! wow 10/10 diverse and engaging.=^,^=

I hold this album as one of my collection's jewels... I wouldn't say they're

better than Posford (TLD is the main jewel in my collection)...they are what

they are: one of the most interesting bands around. Their mastery of

electronic noises is simply incredible; although their masterpiece is Idiot,

in Anti's Progress in Trance, in this album they really merge the weirdest

sounds with the coolest notes and rhythms, and it just keeps on changing and

evolving...that's probably what i like most about them, the ability to

surprise, to create new things...I'm keeping an eye out for everything else

they make, and trust me, they're doing even better... 10

i must say this is the best psytrance-album ever. pure rawness.. it's a beauty.

it tears your mind apart without asking.. twisting it, bending it.... and it

does it in a raw style! it makes you fly. how the hell someone can produce

music like this i don't understand, this is out of this world. only alien

minds can do this sort of art. i'll give this album with the whole of my heart

100/100. perfect.

hehe, okey, i'll have to rewrite some of this, i wrote the first review while

shaking of adrenaline. anyway, this is the best psytrance-album i've heard,

almost perfect. i'll give it 9.5/10. this *is* pure rawness!

Really wicked album ! Most songs are caracterised on a strong bassline and lots

of crazy noises, until a dark melody kicks in,... or not. Production is

perfect, sounds are everywhere in all directions ! Best tracks are calculus,

Tripple Nipple, Cryptic Crunch and Elixir. Howerver there are a couple of

songs I can't stand, so 7.5/10

This album is great, definately worth buying. But I really disagree with

someone earlier saying Sweden has the best parties. It's almost impossible to

even have a party in this country if it's location isn't very secret so you

can only invite a small number of people. But, if you manage to arrange it

secretly, then yes, I've been to some awesome parties here, with some of the

most wonderful people in the whole scandinavian psytrance scene, I think :-).

So love to you all, you know who you are!

Is Hux Flux anything like Beast the collab between Simon Posford

and Sean Willams aka Hallucinogen(do I have really have to mention that) and

Process? If so, count me in cuz 'Spawn' from Beast has changed my

expectations and standard of what Psy-Trance is all about. Wicked Alchemy of

the highest order. 5=6
