  1. I also think its a waste of money... the audigy isnt even designed for music production, but if its only for playing around with softwares and so and not for serious aims than its fine, even great! cheers
  2. i'm not sure about the unnecessery to compress leads, as i've heard/read you need to compress any channel in the mix for good resaults...
  3. Another option is to perfectly enjoy the unperfect thing... sounds possible???
  4. Reason IS a very stable program, but as much as I know Nuendo [2] is also one of the most stable programs, as a user of it I can say it dissapointed me only once... a thing I can leave with =] serves me well, no more troubles at all =] BTW I also used FL/Fruity Loops & Cubase SX 2;FL was fine but not conviniente and the Cubase SX was hazardous!!! so many crashes, and some serious headaches!!!
  5. Connect it to a MIDI channel ??? Maybe ...
  6. Their about the same, I prefer Nuendo cause it never crushes!!! Cubase was hazardous, for me [on my machine;] I've had them both free, yes I know ill get a legal copy by chance, but for considering buying; Nuendo worth much more than the Cubase I remember the Cubase was $800 while Nuendo's price where about $1500. cheers
  7. A nice set of speakers should do the trick, as asian_bud_nation said: 'u can mix jsut as well on any other speakers if you know them well enough and if u have the time to constantly check your mixes on other speakers for comparison' im with it, the aim is to learn in which frequencys the speaker 'lies' and treat it as well. would be helpfull to check the analyzer from time to time, but its not recommended to rely on it =] About headphones im against, its too risky for the health of your ears, I prefer my ugly speakers than using headphones =]
  8. thats a disguesting thing to say!!! baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!
  9. :) :) :) :) a great one!!! @ about 03:00 its get realy amazing =] great job m8 ;] cheers =]
  10. Look man its realy realy realy monotonious, I mean for bad... It looks like you tried to do 12mn track no matter what, youve got some nice parts, I liked the women scream ;] but you must make it more interesting... cheers
  11. Realy liked it!!! briliant stuff! but the bad thing to me is that the sound is realy realy realy dead!!! its stuck on 0dB!!! & almost never come down!!! Personally I dont like it that way... and another thing is the panning, I belive it would be great if there will be more use in it =] only a personal review, but its great, not boring and built good ;] cheers

  13. 'Abletons Live 4.0' should be fine, if it been reviewed @ the SOS magazine and where used by DJ Sasha it should be a great software! N-Joy
  14. Look m8 it depense on your private taste. you should do what sounds nice for you, but maybe it would be helpfull to know what tracks contain the "lifted" 'everyones' sound you mean? would be easier to help geting some specific resaults =]
