  1. Damn man.. u need to explain better No i think i understand - but im not sure. lets say u have 2 synths from reason rewired and midi controlled in cubase eh? Then u want to solo one of them and when u do it, both still plays? Solution: solo on the mixer instead of on the midi-tracks!
  2. oh, sorry wrong vst. This one cost's Try p2p software if u must
  3. You can get midi-keyboards from around 100$ and up Waves diamond bundle is the biggest and most expensive one ($3,900.00 ) Here's the full list
  4. Can't help you with that mate But i would like to know why u want to use that? Serious, the earlier versions (cracked) was the most unstable piece of sh*t, and caused breakdowns all the time. It might got better, but its still software with huge limits
  5. Actually this is possible with a vst plugin (sorry, dont remember the name) But i think the tones are layered very very weird - in comparison to a piano
  6. u need Ejay dance edition Haha, no kidding mate! Well you can get a lot out of the waves diamond/gold bundle, its quite good plugins for optimizing the outcome. you should also check UAD-cards or the Powercore card/firewire box out (expensive) they have some serious plug-ins too You dont HAVE to buy a midi-comtroller, but if you are a musician as i, you def. need one. i couldnt imagine producing without keys to play on. Think about it, you would have to draw everything with the mouse, yak They dont cost very much and becomes very handy in the lenght! A good start could be; use reason as your beatmachine and do most other with good VSTi synths in cubase. cant give you much better advises than just get some monitors if you dont have any, and start producing
  7. Will listen later when i get home btw. if you used 10 years for finalizing this track then it wouldnt be to much. Music takes the time that music takes Dont ever rush with your productions
  8. Dont know the virus, but try sending both signals clean to your computer (without delay) and use a vst-delay. it should work the same way
  9. its a plugin for hooking up with for example singers or other musicians, just read, no need to sign up
  10. i'd say: Cubase, Nuendo, Logic, or Sonar Maybe ableton live (havent used it so dont know it) nothing less would work for me. serious i could never imagine myself working with FL-studio. I use Cubase, and reason in Rewire Anyhow, good luck with FL now that u have bought it, hope u didnt pay to much
  11. just click the link and read Did i mention there's a free version ?
  12. Agree! its annoying to have to export everytime u want to reverse. But its still my favourite sampler! love that it can open rex-parts
  13. Have you ever tried "Adventus" ? im not sure how close it gets to the original but it sounds pretty good http://www.softplug.com/mp3.html Arturia Storm also has a interesting module ( it runs in rewire) its called "Arsenic" and sounds pretty good to
  14. As mescarajah wrote, u need to find the knob called "portamento" or in some cases "Glide". It will do the pitch-function for you! Pro53 is really good at this! good luck
  15. Its a VERY good idea to make a ex. folder-track in the project with all your miditracks, then you can always go and get them. Also when i record ex. a patch from a synth, i (in Cubase) I use (in the inspector) The "note" box to note down what patch that is recorded on this track.
