An organizition to protect artists from "bad labels" & "greedy promoters"! Sort of a Union for them. To ensure proper treatment at events, payment (including flight home from events) and make sure the artists tracks aren't mulled over-changed to what the labels wants! Helpful hints or constructive criticism are usually welcomed, but when the label tells the artist to "... change the sound to fit the label standard..." NOT COOL! To have artists that have been in the industry as long as Elysium that feel their music isn't doing it for the masses anymore. Or the scene is too corrupt to bother creating with the same passion as before.... to have them feeling they should give up/quit, makes me very sad! Something needs to be done for sure!

Totally, and unfortunately I can see myself getting very bored with this Cd fast! I'm thinkin' I'll just give it to one of my friends who can appreciate it much more. *This is only my opinion* I think it's a heartbreaking shame the way labels treat the artists these days. First they submit a track or two hoping it's the sound they're looking for. Either the artist(s) get a rejection email/call or they get "yes, it's perfect... but we just need to change a few things". WTF?? If it's perfect, why change anything?!! Promoters/organizers... pffft... I hear horror stories all the time about how artists get shafted for either payment for their live act & or a flight home! It happends all the time & pisses me off! I really don't understand the mentality of some (un-named) promoters/organizers. Do they have no heart at all? Money hungry b*stards! Sad, but true imo. Elysium, I understand somewhat how angry/upset you are at the scene... disappointed in it too I imagine. You do whatever your heart tells you to do, and if that means leaving the scene... then that's a brave choice & you'll be missed!

Stellar track spacer! It's difficult for me to pick my fav track on this comp, they're all so well done! Sound quality is crisp and very clean... sounds amazing on my system! You all should feel very proud!

I'm lovin' this V/A Cd! An absolute fantastic selection of audio art, great brain scattering tracks done by all the Artists involved! Very intense at 9 am..... but that's the way I like it! I'm thinking any of these tracks would sound incredible at an open air party! Thank you guys, well done!
