By the way, I can recommend a pretty new album called Lillian, made by Alias and his brother Ehren. It's a sort of dubby down-tempo experimental album, with hip hop influences and lots of saxophone I find it really cool. Great people, as shown in this forum The music appeals to me for many reasons. First of all, it seems to be one of the few genres that manages to combine wonderful and dreamy soundscapes, with a danceable rhythm - and on top of that, wonderful melodies. I love that. Great musical diversity. There are so many different styles that there is something for each mood. So far it's not very commercially oriented (in most cases ). Much room for experimenting, and as mentioned before, adventurous labels that are actually willing to the release the stuff. Probably a lot more but I'm tired, can't think clearly

Why does everyone whine at this wonderful genre so much? Sure, there will always be subgenres and styles that disgust me... but the good stuff is pretty darn enjoyable. At least for me. As long as fullon or commercialism in general doesn't stop the underground styles from developing, I'm happy
