  2. fm7 (and i guess 8 too) will let u use input as modulator/carrier. probly a ton of other synths and fx can do this, dont rememer off the top of my head.
  3. donno about vsts, but with modulars it is easy. i use scope's modular III with adern flexor and love it, and it can do this, and it does sound intresting indeed and you can add in lots of other things to the patch. you can also use a ring mod with the tracks as the two inputs, similar idea.

  6. Signal Noise - Still Images http://www.archive.org/details/signal_noise_-_still_images ID: FSOR003 Artist: Signal Noise Title: Still Images Date: November 2006 Format: 320kbps mp3 Length: 16:08 Tracklist: 1. Signal:Noise - Still Images (Original Mix) (5:53) 2. Signal:Noise - Still Images (Sickmoth rmx) (4:50) 3. Signal:Noise - Still Images (Equal Wasteland rmx) (5:25) Signal:Noise is the musical catalyst of Jamie Baker - fresh from his recent appearance on the Future State of Rhythm compilation Jamie delivers one of the finest works in his arsenal. Drawing from a wide range of influences from IDM, Industrial. broken beat to classical and ambient, Jamie's evocative sound is a hybrid collection of scorched circuitry and heart rending orchestral arrangements that are equally frenetic and utterly contemplative. Swathes of textured ambience float over an aching piano line that command an emotional, human element - dense pads and beats and breaks are expertly layered, to create a work that is unique and truly his own. The release in complemented by remixes by Sickmoth and Equal Wasteland - each adding there own compelling cut. Jamie's production style can best be described as organic - a sound lab prodigy, the tools of his craft are painstakingly modified and tweaked to produce his eclectic sound - 'Still Images' is an introspective, insightful electronic work, and essential listening from this Southampton artist. 7. depends on intensity, if its one of those "wake up, cofe, work on track all day, faint" then something like 3-4 days. a whole lot longer if things aren't going well

  10. yes man, and i have bought the Indie Bible book for $50 myself .... and haven't even found it useful
  11. i also want to add that while the substance might be in public domain, the service is what im selling here. and from what i know about business, service is something people sell all the time no?
  12. even if i sell some, do you really think this will make me rich? i mean come on realisticly, maybe ill sell 10? just hoping to raise some capital to be able to keep projects lilke our fsor netradio running.
  13. nothing "should" be free. if someone is kind enough to rpovide something for free, say thank you and have fun. if they ask for money, either buy it or not, this is where your choice is at eh. no one is forcing anyone to anything, and honestly i find your argument invalid. this is a simple thing designed to help an artist and website projects, and let people who want to support these projects lend a few bucks without "donating", and i'm sad this is taken as something else.
  14. ok so months of research, based on years of experiance and knowledge, and working in front of excel instead of making music, should be for free? i don't get this. as someone who HAS given almost all his projects for free from samplepacks to mod devices to prior contact links stuff, not to mention my music, this kinda rubs me the wrong way when u say that.
  15. look, of course its public information, but the whole point is to speed up the process of "office work" for a musician. Lets say you want to send demos, sure you can research all label sites for adresses, but this thing has nice and neat in excel format label by label catagorized with style, url, name, address. just a huge timesaver i think. this way u send only to the labels in your style, and you dont waste time digging for addresses, and if u need to follow up anything, u just email or check the url, all direct from th sheet. this is just one example of the usability of such a thing. and this will not fall into the hands of any promotion company. you think a spammer would spend money for just a few hundred emails? this is GENRE SPECIFIC for psytrance and electronic music, and has by far greater value to a psy act than to any spammer. personally i not only dont see the problem, but think this is the best product i came up with, and i have had some other proojects i spent a lot on like the cw modular stash, and still this is number one.
  16. I'm quoteing from what i said in the disccusion about this on psyforum uk: current version 3 includes: - labels tab with 215 label contacts - radios tab with 80 contacts - shops tab with 36 contacts - distros tab with 21 contacts - online promotion spots 108 websites - organisers/venue tab with 70 contacts - magazines/ezines tab with 45 contacts - agency tab with 8 contacts version 4 already in the works with: - updates to all current tabs and better organisation. - new tabs: city guides, essentials, hosting. Online i am a psytrance artist wroking the internet angle for the past 5 years or so, releasing paid and free releases with netoulets, playing on netradios and such. This list grew out of a need for personal use, and i decided to sell it to try to fund a faxi nadu cd album, and also as a way to contribute to the psy scene as much as that may sound corny. This is not an email database, but more a relevant site and contacts database. each tab has relevant info depending on the type of contact. If it a label you will have addresses and emails and urls in there in order to send demos. For the online promotion tab you have just the website link and its type (forum/community/mp3site) etc. i use this database to run my own project (faxi nadu, postunder, fsor, elmooht) and again the databse grew initially out of a personall need. After deciding to make it into a sale product, i spent a long time researching and digging for more and more in order to make it something respectable and of selling appeal. thanks for the good vibes death posture eh

Unauthorized duplication is a violation of applicable law. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Faxi Nadu - Faxi Nadu music features hard and kicking psytrance/techno with a dark and sinister twist. Groovy horror tunes with a heavy dose of soundscapes, psychedelic effects, paranoid screams and groans - suitable for partying on the dance floor. Influenced by the b-movie culture and the horror and science fiction cultures - presenting a unique approach to dark psytrance. http://www.faxinadu.net Izba-Tripovalnya is a non-profit project from Moscow, Russia, born on the outcome of 2006. Currently consists of one person, experimenting with producing some trippy-orientated stuff, suomisaudi influenced. Opened for cooperation in similar style musicmaking, get in touch. Fright Rate - Fright Rate is the dark psychedelic trance project of Seth Human which was created in the beginning of 2006. Seth began his psychedelic journey in 2000 where he attended underground events in Cape Town, South Africa. In 2003 he started djing at most of the top organised events in South Africa such as Trancegression, Alien Safari and Lunar Tech playing alongside artists such as N3xu5, Psychotic Micro, Frozen Ghost, Void, Eskimo, Skazi. Seth later started experimenting with making his own tracks, concerntrating on minimal and tech trance. Towards the end of 2005 he started becoming attracted to the more darker, faster and twisted side of trance, this is when his new vision was born. His style as he describes it is "spooky, fucked up shit for the darkest hours" with influences from artists such as Claw, Paranoize, Horror place, Kemic-al, Highko and Savage Scream to name a few. The goal of this project is to connect and inspire like-minded people around the globe to live life as they have visioned. Overhuman Project - This solo project was born in the beginning of the year 2001 with the help of the Colombian Psy-Trance Family Culture. The Style of this project is about to get mixed some most of the dark elements on a 70% with a 30% of Morning and Full on Together; for giving some pumping groove to the audience , with out getting so cheesy on the movements. We just want u to put your brain on work and meditate about human reality on future. http://www.overhuman.org Overdosed - Rui Dias, born in 1988, is the name behind 0v3rd0s3d project. This project based in Aveiro, Portugal, was created in 2004, mainly, because of an need of artistic expression. With enumerous influences, starting on metal/rock and passing trough many electronic genres, 0v3rd0s3d is focused in night-time psychedelic music, with strong beats, fast synths and some groovy elements... http://www.myspace.com/overthedose LSDan - LSDan originally started as a techno/acid project in 2001/2. Inspired by a psy/techno night in Leeds, England called Cabbage I started producing psy. More into dark, organic material, my biggest influences are Derango, Encephalopaticys and Terminator. Elmooht - Elmmoht music is a powerful, no-nonsense, high voltage ambient - soundscapes - experimental - noise mixture. "In your face" multi-layered sounds, usually very dark and even paranoid, lots of mysterious atmospheres and a very distinct feel and storyline. Elmooht is a Faxi Nadu side project. http://www.myspace.com/elmooht Chemical Reaction - Evan aka Chemical Reaction from Colorado U.S.A. has been a Psytrance junkie for many years, started producing using Reason, made the move to Cubase and the rest is history. Evan has unique, instantly recognizable heavy fullon style. Megaheadphoneboy - Megaheadphoneboy is a very original artist and it is surely hard to associate his sounds to any other existing work. Born in South London and raised on the North Wales coast, 24 year old Andy Myers studied graphic design at Salford where he immersed himself in the off centre musical culture of Manchester. After an initial release via P2P offshoot Soulseek Records, a series of self-released works were put online and Megaheadphoneboy performed a set for the live 24 hour radio stream Netstockfest. In 2005, he released his latest album with Openlab Records in Naples and performed his first full live performance for Lab30, a small arts festival in Augsburg, Germany. This has been followed in 2006 with a lot of time in the studio and live appearances at the Sense3d soundsystem at Bestival and the NetaudioLondon festival. http://www.myspace.com/megaheadphoneboy http://www.megaheadphoneboy.co.uk/ --------------------------------------------- Download 320kbps mp3 1.5-2 minute long album samplers: http://www.postunder.net/tracks/faxi_nadu_...S_MP320kbps.zip --------------------------------------------- Distributed and sold at: Postunder Records http://www.postunder.net/shop Faxi Island Records http://www.faxinadu.net/shop Cytopia http://www.cytopia.org D-A-R-K Records http://www.d-a-r-k.net Audio Jelly http://www.audiojelly.com PsyMP3 http://www.psymp3.com/ Music And Bones http://www.musicandbones.biz Track It Down http://www.trackitdown.net/genre/psy_tranc...ack/252711.html
