Tatsu
Can you recommend me albums by similar artists? I really dig that style at the moment. Somehow progressive but still very melodic. I wonder if there is anything this great available? I allready know S-Range - 2001 but I don't like it at all... Anyway, I'm waiting for your replie! Tox
The new Magnetrixx album, Wired. Loads of stuff on Midijum Rec's actually. Good to see that you keep an open mind & ear!
RAH
A few of the lot, (just suggestions): - Love Sound Devotion (v/a) - Twilight Twisters (v/a) -Soulseeker 3 (v/a) - E-jekt - Dark Fader (this is pretty nice full on, IMO) -Sensum - A day After - Uplifter vol 2 (v/a) - Mad Contrabanders (just got a cd out, didn't check it out but it might be worth sampling) hope any of this helped! Tatsu
Checked out the samples and I allready love: v/A - Love Sound Devotion Sensum - Nocturnal Transmission Magnetrixx - Wired Heard the E-Ject album at the store and I didn't like it. It's nothing special to me. There are allready several Midijum Records albums I own (Focus, Electric, Passion, Soulseeker 1 & 2). I feel like ordering a bunch of CDs today, maybe some more recommendations? I'll also order the new Schädelleuchten album because I want to support this Swiss act. Tatsu
I've found another good album that is a bit similar (at least judging from the samples): Matenda - Tunnel Vision
Tox
I've found another good album that is a bit similar (at least judging from the samples): Matenda - Tunnel Vision 317479[/snapback] Got that one right here too. nice one but a bit too up-tempo for me to enjoy it all-the-time. Maybe check out Yotopia (also on Flow rec's) & most recent releases on ZMA recs?
Tatsu
Checked some Yotopia tracks and didn't like them much. This is allready too progressive for me. It's a bit hard to explain but a lot of progressive is just too boring for me (no offense please). For example S-Range - 2001, it's melodic but somehow I don't like it. It doesn't hit me and I've tried several times to like this album.
Tox
no offence taken whatsoever to each their own you know Human Blue already I suppose?
Tatsu
Yes, I have the Electric Roundabout album by Human Blue. It's ok but on the edge of beeing too fluffy... Anyway, I will make the following order: Compilation: Love Sound Devotion [spirit Zone 1CD] 16.95 sfr Mad Contrabender: Illegal Hardware [Medium 1CD] 16.95 sfr Sensum: Nocturnal Transmissions [ZMA 1CD] 16.95 sfr Schaedelleuchten: Second album [Generation Sound 1CD] 16.95 sfr Matenda: Tunnel Vision [Flow 1CD] 16.95 sfr Logic Bomb: Unlimited [Tip.World 1CD] 16.95 sfr But if somebody has something else, just tell me! Tatsu
Maybe I've checked the wrong album then because I didn't hear any full-on influences... Maybe the samples were to short, I'll give it another listen in my local psyshop.
