  1. There are some more general issues I would like to touch upon.

First of all, I don't like any kind of -ism. It puts you into a group with clearly defined traits and most of the time ppl on that group think they are better than the rest or they know the "truth". That can lead only to tensions. I like these kind of discussion not to prove to ppl that I am right, but to find out where I am wrong, or where my theories/ideas are lacking.  In that way I can really benefit.

Most of the vegetarians/vegans use in their reasoning the cruelty to animals, the way they are treated/grown and the "poisonous" substances they are fed etc etc. Yes, that is true, no question about it, not even a dedicated meat eater could deny that. But isn't that a different issue? I think that is a problem of an over-consuming generation. I think balance should be the keyword here. We, as a species, whether you like it or not, are omnivores. So a balanced diet is better that any other type. Or are you under the illusion that the vegetables you eat are not part of the over consumption problem? Do you think that the vegetables are grown under natural conditions? That they are free of "nasty" things? Do you, we, have any idea the damage we cause to the soil to grow all the vegetables we need?

We have to stop over consuming. We need to find a way to coexist, or at least to be able to return back to earth "more" that what we use. That is our next evolution step.

The "natural" way to go is to have a balanced diet, that includes everything we need to eat and no supplements. Being a vegan and having to take supplements? Doesn't sound right to me.

BTW, why do I personally have to kill the animals I eat? Do all vegetarians grow their own vegetables? :P

I have more but I forgot :) Maybe later

Why drink it? .. I drink oatmilk, almond milk, cashew milk, soya milk.. and not rice milk, at least very seldom. I love a glass of milk with my bread food. Also we have i.e. Oat cream, sour cream, to cook, put in coffee,  tea... .... Cows milk or what animal you prefer is not better for you as far as I know. Really.

Why drink it you ask? For the same reason you drink substitutes of milk as you describe.

After a certain age and development stage of any mammalian organisms there is no fundamental reason to keep drinking milk. But there is also no fundamental reason to avoid it. Hence my question.

Is it just a vegetarians attitude to avoid any produce of animals just for the sake of it?

BTW, I honestly am trying to get a better understanding of the reasoning behind it, I am not bashing anyone or anything like that :)

  3. The good thing with the artists I pick to release is that their music speaks for themselves. It saves me the trouble to come up with catchy titles and wall of texts to create the hype necessary for crowdfunded projects like the ones I do.

Kuba-Laurence Harvey certainly falls into that category as well. 12 years ago he released his debut album in Liquid Sound Design. After several albums released in Chillcode Music, he returned to LSD for his latest, which is widely accepted that's as good as his first. Not many artists can do that.

He also has numerous digital only releases scattered around in various EPs and compilations. And this is where Digital Reprints steps in. With your support we already have 5 released box sets and we want KUBA to be the 6th. 56 tracks, enough to fill 4 CDs presented in a beautiful package designed by Are Marmelade Siland.

Please share, it would be of great help :)

must be sent from the us? $22 to go to australia

Well, unfortunately Piers leaves in the US and the shipping rates there are horrendous. I mean I send a parcel from UK to Australia (insured, tracked and signed for) and it "only" costs £14.

I feel sorry for Australians, the shipping fees they have to pay are enormous.

Anti-vaccine attitudes are stupid, plain and simple.

Well, I wouldn't say stupid since they are based on a reasoning. However, whether that reasoning has any validity, that's what I would like to discuss :)

while i understand why some vacinate

the high levels of aluminium, all sorts of dna and what ever other stuff found in them is unnecessary

Not just some, the vast majority, at least in developed countries.

That stuff have a clearly defined reason for being there. I take it you are not immunised then? Am I correct?

  6. Serious topic here people. Childhood immunisations. Where do you stand?

I hear more and more people taking pride of how they haven't given any immunisations to their children. And since Psy culture is, well, alternative, I want to hear your opinions.

And if you are against it what made you change (or make) your mind, based on what evidence, are you the least worried you made the wrong decision etc etc.

Please also state whether you have children or not, it adds a bit of weight :).

And to give you a bit of background for me, I have an MSc in Molecular Biology and currently undertaking a PhD so I am pro-immunisation :)

  7. I would say this is how things are. It very easy to find music that is of high quality, good mastering, crisp sounds, following the pattern of each genre, having all the ingredients etc etc.

But that's not what makes good music. Good music is whatever moves you and that you have to find on your own. Because it is so easy  cheap to produce electronic music these days, feeling is what they lack IMO.
