Since this is not limited strictly to psy trance, I will say (and highly recommend) the CD I've been listening to most this year so far is the Opener EP by a group called 8mm. They don't have a label, and do everything pretty much as independant/DIY as you can possibly get. And the music is frickin' great. Smoothed out stuff.
