Kundalini (Intelligent Monkey) - Bulgaria Nicolay Sabchev a.k.a. Kundalini is born in 1984 in Bulgaria. He’s interested in electronic music since 1997 and influenced by the trance genre around 2000. After some time of interest, music and parties, he turned the whole experience to mixing and having more fun spinning his favorite style. He played on many parties in Bulgaria and also in Turkey establishing good connection with the Istanbul based label Intelligent Monkey. His sets contain mostly full on psychedelic trance with a lot of groovy, warm and melodic sounds “but once again all depends on the time of the day and the mood of the crowd” as he says. Composing from around 4 years like an amateur just for pleasure she decided to move on and she started to play in bigger parties few years ago. Her first appearance in a big event was at “Mati Zemlya 2” one festival where she had the opportunity to play with names like Goa Gill, Penta, Psychoz etc. She played also with Talpa & Atma-live party organized by Umaia Team and also Earthdance festival 2006 in the Vitosha Mountain. Although those international events lately she prefers the smaller more underground gatherings where she can share her real passion for the music which is not so popular for the most audience in Bulgaria. At the moment she plays mainly dark psychedelic, and sometimes full on. LINK: http://www.myspace.com/rayaesus Andonasty (PsyTech Team) - Bulgaria Andon aka Andonasty got his first touch with psychedelic trance back in 1996 as an artist impressed from the glowing graphics and paintings on the neon light. He started to look and collect ideas and all input in his work later. He appeared as Dj for the first time in 1997 in trance scene in most famous trance places at that time in Plovdiv until year 2000. In the same period he started his own show in radio “Olimp” for trance music. Later the same year he moved to Berlin where he met with Tribaltools Crew and more specifically with Dj Lala and Dj Iguana/Naked Tourist. While studding Arts in his free time he was working as decorator for Tribaltools. In his portfolio are the decorations from the parties of Etnica in Casino Club, Haldolium and Treibstoff in Kulturbrauerei, and took part at the Fluidum – blacklight art exhibition all in Berlin. He and also painted Tribaltools’s psy shop. Back in Bulgaria in 2004 he met with PsyTech and became part of the team. With the rest Djs he was part from the famous in the bulgarian psy scene “psyexistence” parties. 2004 was the year of the first festival “Mati Zemlya” where he got a place in the line up as well as the second edition of the festival in 2005. Appeared also in the open air in Pancharevo and Chamla Kingdom. Two of his works are in Sweden and used from oCtodur (Hypnotica records) in the decoration in many parties. Ever since he is a of the PsyTech Team and behind the decks and as decorator. His favorite artists are Penta, Phobium, Paranoize, Claw, Andera, all from Dejavoo, Overdream and of course Gain reduction. He’s describing his style as mainly dark and night full on psytrance. And here's some useful tips : If you're outside Bulgaria , the best way is to get something to Plovdiv. If you haven't a direct line to Plovdiv of course you can travel to Plovdiv from any other point of Bulgaria with a bus or train ( http://bdz.bg/ - Bulgarian state railway - check it!) This whole drug thingi, with the tracknames and drug-samples Rocks! , Insejn ... Is it strange - the project named 1200 mics (micrograms) to use these samples ? I think this is good album , my friends think the same at the last our party ( Psychedelic Panic openair 13-14.09 - Bulgaria look parties section) ppl went crazy at MESKALINE ... other my favourite trax are Hashish , Marijuana , Ecstasy ... i think if U like GMS or Alien Project this will be a good album for you My opinion [8/10].
