dmtree, please name another album that sounds similar to B.P. Empire and I will consider your thoughts. Definition of Original and Unique according to Dictionary.com Original - Not derived from something else; fresh and unusual Unique - Being the only one of its kind I think that about sums up B.P. Empire.

I knew this B.P. Empire album would open up a whole can of worms. The fact of the matter is I cannot think of one album that sounds anything remotely the same as B.P. Empire. Therefore it is very original and unique bar none. I don't see how it can be classified as "commercial". I think why I love this album so much is cause the sounds they use I have never heard before. That’s what makes it so great. It’s like a whole new style. I would recommend all people listen to B.P. Empire on a good sound system else you could get the wrong idea about the album. There is some serious deep bass on this album which you will miss out on. Shit, Dancing with Kadafi let alone is worth buying this album. Again, just my 2 cents

B.P. Empire is an amazing album. You really can't find any other album that sounds quite like B.P. Empire. Very unique stuff. Dancing with Kadafi has to be the most original song I have ever heard.

I have listened to Infected Mushroom for years. In fact they are the ones that got me into Psy-Trance. Out of all there albums, this one is the worst. I'm not saying its bad or anything but they can definitely do better. The lyrics really ruin some of the songs. Very cheesy. I hope Infected does not start on this path of more vocals but I fear they are heading in that direction. I hear there next album will be like Linkin Park which quite frankly pisses me off. This only means they are trying to be more mainstream along with a more mainstream sound. If you haven't heard, they have built a new studio in the United States in California. They plan on working with US artists for there next album. I'm not sure what to think of all this. I don't know. Maybe they will surprise us. I'm on the virge of loosing hope in them. I yearn for more stuff like Classical Mushroom and especially B.P. Empire which in my opinion was when they were on top of there game. I understand they are trying to constantly change there music style, which don't get me wrong, is a good thing, but it just so happens they have chosen the wrong path. If theres one thing I could change about Infected this would be it. NO VOCALS Just my 2 cents

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Ticon. Ticon's first and second albums (Rewind and Aero) are very good progressive trance.

Son Kite has to be my favorite Progressive Trance artist. With there last album "Colours", I was absolutely blown away. One of the best albums I own.

I get the feeling in this forum a lot of people aren't into music with melodies. For me I love music with melody after melody along with a strong bass line. Vibe Tribe delivers the goods here. Not only does it deliver but its beautiful music. Vibe Tribe keeps the songs constantly changing which is another plus. I can't stand repetitive crap. To me this is good music morning or night. Worth every penny.

I have listened half way through this album and must say this is some beautiful music. Your thoughts?

Well, I have given this album another good listen and must say regardless what people are saying in this post, this is a really damn good album. Without a doubt one of the best albums this year. I can't see why you guys dislike this album. Granted some of the voiceovers are not so good but besides that, this is an amazing album. Its not your typicle repetitive bullshit. The songs are constantly changing and going in different directions. Melody after melody. In my oppion that is what makes great music. Boost is not the only good song on here. I would go as far as to say just about evey song kicks ass on this album. Compared to there first album this is a masterpiece.

Is it me or does this album kick some serious ass? Very powerful stuff. The first song (Boost) really does start out with a big bang. The album cover is pretty cool, Cool Melodies, and very powerful bass lines. I must say this is one of the better albums I bought this year.

Wow! What a CD. I really don't know where to begin with this amazing piece of work. It certainly is different than most stuff out there today but in a very good way. My favorite has to be "Inside the glass shell". The whole CD Kinda reminds me of an Infected/Shpongle mix of sounds which makes this CD a must buy.

Very good album. I feel like I'm in another world. Beautiful, good beats, deep, and wonderful melodies. One of the best Chill groups in my oppion. Shpongle is another great group but there in there own league. You can't really compare Shpongle to Asura. All I can is both groups are great. Amethystium is another interesting group. While the songs are wonderful to listen to, most of their songs are way too short. I give Asura's album a 9.5/10

For all of you that say this album sucks I have a piece of advice for you. Take your crack pipe and please leave it at the door! Especially Jewboy. This is unbelievable music. You simply cannot find any better Psychadelic Trance music out there. Believe me, I've tried. If you don't like this music then you simply have bad taste. The melodies and the tempo changes are absoultly brillant. If your into Psychadelic Trance music then this is without a doubt the album for you. Heck, all there albums are for you. If I had to sum up the majority of Infected Mushrooms songs this is what it would be. Masterpiece!
