  1. Sorry to be the only negative one in the thread, but I've had a aversion to very obvious 303 sounds for a long time, since around 1990. It's been overused, overused again, and again. Completly destroys a track for me many times. Otherwise I am really into old-school stuff. And I can still listen to some orginal 303 stuff , just went thru some old frontline aseembly (goa precursor in end of 80's) yesterday, and was amazed how good their tracks still sound.
  2. I remember some track that fit's the description I had on cassette tape around 92. Who did it I dont remember though.
  3. No CD releases is planned. FLAC files give you full CD quality though, so they can be downloaded and burnt to your own CD's. I operate the site as a hobby, without interest in making profit myself, and pay $0.65 per sold track to the artists. To press CD's would be to much extra work for me, and as usual with CD stories I would not be able to give back much to the artists of what i get in. (about $1 per sold CD to split among the artists) I would have to enter the rat race (or the rats on a sinking ship??), and couldn't spend time on other work, therefore having to take part of the profit to pay my living costs. So buy some FLAC files and support the artists. If you get your freinds to buy them you are allowed to copy them as well according to the licensing
  4. Three new artists featured on www.resonantearth.com : Datakult: Very dark hard and psychedelic night music from former Droid Sect member. Fragrant Vagrant: New interesting morning sound. Prosect: Talanted new ability, making a wide range of styles. In total eight new tracks for your pleasure. All available as free 128k mp3 downloads, or for purchase as 320k mp3 or FLAC formats. All in all 45 tracks available on the site now! Enjoy
  5. I started listening to electronic dance music mid 80s. Back then of course there was nothing called psy trance, not even trance. First it was front242, skinny puppy, a split second, liasons dangerouse and similar stuff. There was some 'synth' clubs in stockholm where I started going dancing to that stuff when I was 12yrs old Then was acid, belgian new beat and body music that took my interest. Lords of Acid - acid in the house and Acid Angels - ?? was the first couple of tracks I remember getting hooked on. Trance came about, and I visited goa the first time 92. The hottest stuff that season, that seem to me like it did much to help define goa trance was Eat Statics stuff. It was only spread on cassette tape (as most material back then) and only released a few years ago.....don't know the title of it though. And overlords - sundown was the no1 sunrise tune...one of the first proper goa tunes to be released I would think, according to my definition anyway.
  6. Wow some one that openly say he don't like posfords music! I never was a fan of his stuff either. I remember seeing him live in london sometime 95, and I though it was really boring, but most people was so excited about his stuff...
  7. Glad you liked it Ladic. I will put up the last couple of steptime tracks that we did after the album in the next few days, so stay tuned. I don't have any plans for other payments options, why doesn't paypal work in .cz?? Paypal is cheap to recieve payments with, and you don't need a merchant account. Worldpay and simliar services cost a lot more, and requires me to be a lot more organised
  8. I just uploaded a bunch of previously unreleased steptime tracks on my site: http://www.resonantearth.com Should be a bit to listen thru there. I rather call my music 'unpretentious old-school goa trance' than 'intelligent dark psytrance' though, but since you mentioned steptime I think there can be some stuff that fit your bill there.
  9. Hi, I just uploaded a bunch of previously unreleased tracks on http://www.resonantearth.com: Spindrift: From goa 2004; Dithered and Neurotronic. And old goodies from 2003; Moon cat and witch, Digital domain and Static fanatic. Steptime oldies: Headhunter, Larsen B and Kuru kuru party. And there has been a few updates on the site: The shopping cart and instant delivery system is now online. You can choose between 320k mp3 or flac format for instant digital delivery. The site now has a new, maybe not so mean but definatly green look. Have fun!
