  1. dancing on goatrance/psytrance is more about losing yourself then looking good from the outside...

So don't worry how you look, just keep breathing...

Lots of dancing on these parties but mostly not that crazy dancing, have seen individuals dancing way more out of control and out of there minds (but hey these are already in the morning after 10 hours of partying or something and still alot of people moving :)) ....

When I don't feel my arms and legs anymore because of rapid swinging and kicking etc... When I'm blind because all the salty sweat dripping into my eyes and my hair that sticks to my face... When the skin comes from my feed the next day and I have lots of blisters (or how do you call it) and I'm cripple for 3 days after... etc etc.

Then it was a good party and did a lot of dancing, but I don't think it would look sensual :posford:

  2. taste and desires and not intention of the creator for me...

I don't care about intentions, for example Muses rapt(and lots of other melodic artists) has good creative intentions as an artist and wants to give his emotions to the audience in his way. I understand what he wants to give, but I don't find it in his music because it doesn't correspond with my personality and taste (for me his depth is shallow and easy, not interesting)... And I think it is the right of the listener to critise something, just always use phrase with I think, I feel , IMO,... etc. so that readers who are on the same line with your general opinion on music can relate and others can put your view aside...

  3. Overrated album for me... Lots of blablabla thats fun for a few times a year maybe, but after some listens it just keeps coming but isn't really alive... Anyway if you don't listen for a year it's nice to hear a track on a party but that's about it for me with that album these days... (favorites now : alcyone , asterope)

Doesn't reach my top 20 (btw I put artist album and compilations on same level for my top 20)

  4. Well yes sometimes you get lucky, some cd's I'll probably never get for a reasonable price. So I give up the longing for them and then who knows, maybe within a year or two you just find it by accident...

Cd market is strange thing prices go up to extremes (cfr. IFO from 20 to 100 in 2 years or so...) and some go down again...

Sometimes I just buy cd's listen to them and then find them to expensive for what it is (in MY mind they are too expensive ,mostly it's the normal selling price they go for at that time...) or I'll wait for cheaper opportunity and in the meanwhile I sell that copy again...

  5. well, everyone had that with some cds at least I guess :) Last month I won Funk of Symbiosis for 1€ because it was written FuIIIk héhé :)

I know Somseensee from this forum bought the etnica on ebay 2 months ago for only 16€, so you can find it at reasonable prices... if you put alot of time in it at least...

Time goes by fast ... I have it for almost a year now I think, but was a very good deal...

    Best deal was:

BPC - blue planet ( gave Dream injection 2 for it, a 10 euro disc...)

My most expensive cd ever was paradise connection 55 euro inc shipping, but sold it because found it too expensive for what is was....

Bad luck was on tradrea, was bidding on docklands 2 and had a good deal for lets say 5 euro for that cd and then Endah started pushing the price up... Grrrrrrr bidding against psynewsers :). In the end the cd costed me 36 euro or something including shipping... If endah wasn't there I would have got it for 5...

  6. -Black Rhino

    -Balagan

    -Accidental occidentalism

    -Hypnorythm

    -Funk/ Tokyo tekno tribe 2/scatterbrain

And this is about all I'm looking for atm too... No real other needs at this time...

Btw BPC is good album, listen to it, but just don't see it as typical goa... lots of proggy influences and sometimes very liquid sound. Maybe that's why I like it, because it's fresh

  7. Yeah had the same idea yesterday too :). People who log on on august 5 and say that metapsychic is best ever is kinda strange... Just when new music is released...

Balloon_fight : 5 posts and 3 of them hail metapsychic etc...

It's them or they asked people to register and say it :), but if they really wants to do it that way no problem for me, they just lose credibility imo.

  8. Saw the dvd a few days ago and It sucked honestly. No old school room video etc. Only from the mainstage with koxbox , transwave playing crap... Shabby trance was nice and some stuff was still viewable...

The mainroom didn't look like a real crazy psychedelic party. Sometimes It looks like a boring house party in a disco.... So maybe a view of oldskool room could have been nice. But big events always look kinda boring and slow. But ofcourse the music is not off that kind that you want to pull your hair out, twist your spine, break your feet, screw your head off etc etc...

  9. Surely one of the top 10 cd's I own. Dealing with demons, manipulators, wizard (koxbox remix), dense dawn, transformation ,... etc...

Some tracks are already on other cd's but this tracklist is absolutly one the best in the history of goatrance for me!!!

  10. Greetings Somseensee! I am well aware of the track list mistake on the CD version, but I was refering to the 2xLP version, where in fact it is Vicky's Dream that appears on the second vinyl, as track C1 I think, on the "totem" side, as the first track of that vinyl... So I think it was I made all the confusion here, no? Or didn't I? Well...

Hehe it was not really about the confusion, I just wanted to share the joy I had with some tracks of the disc! :)
