A.W.E.S.O.M.E.So here's an update on some of my new designs. I've been experimenting with different bottles - beer, liquor, etc. A few of these are incomplete.
This was for a bar in town called Fishbones
Did they pay you for this?
Keep experimenting! :clapping:

Guys, you mean THIS FNAC?
Because I went to alot of them and they say they don't sell any Psy/Goa music because nobody actually buys them...
-
Well, he said several months ago there would be no Shpongle box set, and instead there would be Shpongle 4. And apparently, Raja and him are working on it... As to when it is expected, I have no clue.I'll call him up and ask.
j/k. I don't know his phone number.
But he is working on Shpongle? w0000t? When is it expected?

I don't have many things to say unfortunately... I also like to take my time.
But I see your total post amount has passed mine... I'll have to reconsider things perhaps

OK, thanks for the infoYes the main melody come back to zee end too, with kind of vocal trance sound mixed with it, i love this track, but; every track too.

Dude, this clip makes "Tunak Tunak" clip looks like it was directed by Stanley Kubrick...(Reminds me Shpongle for some reason) -
One of the best I know (seriously). Also one of the few songs I actually care about the lyrics.

Wow, it's like the 20th time I listen to "Per Aspera Ad Astra" sample in a row... The first 1:15 minute make my heart just goes out my rib cage. For those who've heard the whole track: is this melody appearing in the rest of the track?
I'm going to buy this album only for this track
But Love&Piece, From Other Spaces and Liquid Soul sound excellent also!

As I'm browsing this forum only for a year, I don't really have many things to say about the forum era... An "ancient" member should try to start it perhaps.

What is the problem with this review?
-
Nice topic
Which year did you discover goatrance? depends... In 1999 I discovered Eyal Barkan and Nitzhonot stuff, but it kept my attention only for 1.5/2 years, then nothing.
The "real" Goatrance I discovered in 2006
Which artist? depends... Eyal Barkan in 1999
IM in 2006 but it was with Hallucinogen that I decided to check and dive in the Goa sound
Who played that track for you? depends... A friend of mine in 1999
The computer in 2006
Your first goa album? depends... Eyal Barkan - Good Morning Israel (which I threw away 4 years ago... )
Hallucinogen - Twisted/TLD, Koxbox - U-Turn, Prometheus - ROC, Unusual Suspects 1&2 (a self Christmas gift )
Your first rave/psy party? 0

I didn't have an indepth read but it looks very interesting. Do you still want me to translate it in french?
-
Because it's a review section and not a discussion section I thinkAnd What about albums which doesn't require a proper review - where two sentences are sufficient - like: it's not a bad shit, but quite boring after second listen, average progress - 7/10. And what's wrong with the discussion of the impact of the albums on people's mind?
-
You didn't like his melodies in Dance For...?dub connection is brilliant
the rest of the stuff is plain boring
being tribal is what makes him stand out from the rest, but it still sucks ass
and he is an asshole as a person as well

Great music survives timeold

Yes, yes, yes.
A simply perfect trade. Friendly contact, super fast shipment (5 days from Canada to France).
The CD was supposed to be new and it was indeed. AND, in the package, a little surprise .
All this put together leave me only with these words: thank you very much visine for this trade!

Yeah, he did some great tracks. I don't know any of his collaboration tracks though.
I mostly like Aliens, Keep It Cool, Illusive World, Interpretation Of Dreams, Munks, Transcelestial Psychobabas, Skydive, A Journey Into The Complex Brain (Extended), Yemaya. Well, pretty much all the "Dance For The Celestial Beings" from Avatar . This album is really good, with very good melodies, a somewhat low BPM, a subtle tribal vibe, and ambientish too. A definite must have album for me. Too bad it's always out of stock...
I also have "Celestial Sounds And Neurotic Tribal Beats". I don't really like the "world music" influence... But it is nice to hear it from time to time. I think Wisdom and Wind Of Dust are great.
I don't know his latest tracks. Someone to recommend something perhaps?
Well, Yasen you should definitely check "Dance For The Celestial Beings" whole album (if you haven't yet).

I'm sure that if you stop to post at all, you'll never make a mistake anymore.

I didn't heard Blumenkraft but only Hallucinogen In Dub. I found it OK, but if this is going to be the same dub/raggae inspired music (and it seems to be like that from the samples) that Twisted only produce now, then... But let's not close our mind and give a chance

But those albums are worth buying even without the reduction. And it is still below any CD price I know. So anyway you're having a bargain! :posford:
