Shpongle quote

Ok, I've just been trying to figure out what the quote says starting at about 0:34. I've seen it in people's signatures and stuff as:

 

'To be Shpongled is to be kippered, mashed, smashed, destroyed...completely geschtonkenflopped"

 

I hear two words spoken after 'destroyed'--the first one it's hard to make out. It sounds like it might be 'stomped' The second word is very clear and is 'wasted.' So, I think it is:

 

'To be Shpongled is to be kippered, mashed, smashed, destroyed, stomped, wasted...completely geschtonkenflopped'

 

What do you think?

I tried isolating that voice and I agree it sounds like wasted.
