mars Posted January 6, 2002 Share Posted January 6, 2002 well the batabases were ok, i just checked them, not many issues...the problem was probably mysql that forced the server to disconnect from the internet....too bad for a 24-7 net-server ! my server was re-installed on january 2nd-3rd. now use FreeBSD 4.4 + Mysql 3.23.47 + php 4.1.1 + lots of plugins with php. and we are also testing a new forum and some parts of the new site here....since the new forum has to be modified to be integrated in the new site, which will take some time, we chose to resurrect the old forums and stop using the slow rescue forum.
