Review:

The perfect cocktail of melodies, minimal lines, techno, acid lines and

experimental stuff. An album that you will enjoy from top to bottom. Superbly

crafted with imagination and style by this German duo. This one will work in

you room, in the dancefloor by night or at sunrise. It has the ability to

offer something special for everyone. Cheers to Psychonaut!!!!!!. 9.5/10.

This album is light years away from average. It is amazing for the intros and

outros alone. Put on a good pair of headphones and listen very closely between

tracks one and two. Holy Jesus! Just awesome.

This is very deep, pyschedelic, powerful music. If your ears and mind are

psychedelically inclined "Starbug" and "Whoow" will turn you upside down.

Don't let the nice-sounding first track fool you. This is serious fucking

music, highly original. Well-done to this new act from Germany. This is one of

the best first albums I have heard since MOS released their Bug album. I look

forward to hearing them develop further. These guys have HUGE potential. 9/10.

hmm.. sounds the same all the way with weak bassdrumms and a silly bassline

between the bassdrumms which makes it simple boring trance... ReALLy NoT mY

StyLe! Only like 1 or perhaps 2 pretty listenable tracks...

This album could have been so much better. I like it, but there are big

problems involving lack of variety. Songs tend to sound the same and the

basslines are really shoddy. Much room for improvement. 5/10

It's all progressive style, and most tracks are similar. You have to like their

style, which is like X-Dream, only 'squeakier'. Their tracks are always filled

with a pounding kickdrum and typical german bassline. On top of that, most

tracks contain those squeaky sounds. I think it is not bad, though it could

have been better. I still consider that track Mind's Eye on Goa-Head Vol. 11

to be their best track yet, although on this album Whoow and Elastron really

do it for me too. A solid 7,5/10 here and I hope their next album will bring

us more, but better stuff. Then they can get up to the 8/9 mark.

First Goa party - Gent Voorhavenlaan - three weeks ago - okay but not great -

Moments of irritation because of the non-organic style the music sounded like

... could have been me ...

Bought this CD at taboorecords (didn't know then) and liked it. 7/10 . I'm not

very thrilled with goa ... yet ?

this could have been a truly great album if only they had worked on the

bass-lines more.that 'unter-unter' syle doesn't hold up for a whole cd. as it

is, this is merely a very good one[the psychedelic toppings are wonderful!]
