"Channel 59" is a killer: great kick, deep bass, dark atmospheres, and a synth line that grows and grows... hypnotic. "Nervous" is just as great, with the same terrific kick, even deeper bass....and it's even darker! You can even hear the cry of a raven repeating....great work on the percussion, too. Guest Dreamer Posted December 9, 2000 Share Posted December 9, 2000 oh and another thing, no one mentioned here that Nerve is a side project of the german group MOS who released a kickass album called Bug and other various tracks. the Nerve sound is still much different and makes you want to hear MORE. make sure to hear the Nerve track Rocket which was released on the Floor compilation by Medium records. "channel 59" rolls off nicely with hypnotic leads and tight kicks. it really sucks you in. "nervous" is such a winner. it has some of the tightest beats i have ever heard. it's full of hooks and breaks, it just doesn't let you down. awesome production with clear sounds. this one is a keeper! 9/10 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Failing that, would anyone like to burn me a copy in exchange for some hand-picked rare gems straight from my collection to the bottom of your heart? I suppose I ought to describe this maxi-CD-single. It's a side-project of M.O.S., and features "No Foco", "Channel 59", and some remixes thereof. These are darkish deep bassy percussion-driven floor pleasers that have stood up tremendously over the years, and foreshadow that immense and lovely psy-tech sound of Boshke Beats. 10/10 if I could get my hands on a real copy, rather than just samples. Again, I've been unable to find a legitimate copy. I beg of you, psy freaks, please set me up with these tracks. You will not regret it!
