And I too have been guilty of standing facing the DJ way too much, but usually my excuse is that it's where the speakers are, and I want good sound. I still fondly remember the days of quadruple speaker stacks. One of many favourite quotes from that comic: "You really fucking think you're going to impress people with glowstick shows?" and also the word "trancetard".
