It's very easy to put a label (fear mongering) on to something to justify your actions.
There is only one definition of free and it's pretty clear.

So it's not free speech. The are limits and boundaries set by a very restricted number of individuals put into power by a another restricted number of individuals.
Not really. Look up what happened in 1776 in the usa. No one is saying because there are rules on FEAR MONGERING, that other freedoms or any freedoms will be lost at all.

In France, we have this principle. You are free to say whatever you want, but you may be sued and condmned afterwards.
We can't prevent from speaking. The best thing to do with fear-mongering people (be them neo-fascits, hate preachers, propagandists, etc.) is to speak with them and counter them with arguments.
Moreover, a few ridiculous videos stating an end-of-the-world delirium are not worth being criminalized. If they boost your anxiety, you are the first responsible of this anxiety. Feelings can be mastered in the same way that an animal can be tamed. If people are gullible, it is their own fault.
Overall, there is an increasing fear-mongering speech that is slowly growing in the world : it comes from nationalists, conspiracy theorists (be careful with that term, because it is use to discredit some real critical speech), millenial Christians and Muslims, various cults, etc.
In France, for instance, the most visited political websites are conspiracy theorists/far-right propaganda platforms. And many people (people sensitive to far right ideas, or who have growned in lower-class homes, or who are religious) in France believe in a conspiracy.
Why is that ? It is because our political system is utterly corrupted. To condemn those who spread rumors would be hypocritical, because if they are efficient, it is due to an increasingly uneasy social climate born from the current globalized system. This is what needs to be adressed first.
This kind of videos is an epiphenomenon of a bad social condition that needs to be fixed. Our people sees conspiracies in the same way that an ill person will have hallucinations out of fever.

Freedom of speech and cyber terror are two totally different things.
I would never oppose free speech, but when free speech becomes a crime, it's treated as such.
Wording and creating the videos should stick to certain guidelines otherwise it's terror.

Those are 5 political parties and their nominees. As you know there's trump and clinton which one will win.
You can vote for whoever is on the ballot or write in any name you want.
Really I feel like usa is the real loser on November 8th. If we go clinton, the Patriots are going to riot. If we go trumps the racist movements will riot. I don't know which of the two demographics are more destructive, but I can tell you which ones have caused serious damage in recent riots.
It seems trump will win and it's going to be a rocky ride for the first week as far as domestic affairs.
My personal stance is I'm out of it. I'm safely on the sidelines praying for peace. I don't even like my friends associating my name with a certain candidate because I really see problems on November 8th.

Not sure how this can even be discussed without being paranoid or extremely worried.. as it gets me when I think about it, so if it invokes bad vibes I suggest you don't even continue to read.
Looks like people who make youtube money have been pushing and fear mongering as much as they can to make every last penny. The click bait and fear mongering have reached new lows in my opinion.
They go through all of these prophecies and link them to our current time and say how the end is near.
I just want to let anyone know that according to YouTube the world has already collapsed many times over and etc etc etc
I feel if you make a video that so accurately describes the end of the world. Describes whose involved and the weapons used - when that does not come true, I feel that should be criminally punishable.
These videos have become so artistic it is easy to believe and even easier to scare people.. all so the creators can make some extra money via youtube. It is the definition of despicable and should have real consequences.
I personally believe the world is not ending any time soon.. actually.. its never going to end. I only say this because if you followed it.. you would see its all click bait and recycled videos that just change the date for the past 4 years. It creates fake hate, fake fear. Absolutely should have ramifications.

When someone steps in your for sale thread and did what Starkraver did, anyone would think what he did is out of line.Actually, Starkraver was offering some CDs from his own collection to antic604 as gifts, which annoyed SixZeroFou4 so he said Starkraver was offering pirated CDs.
As far as pirated and burned music.. it's been done before by members and I have evidence.
I think it's gone to far at this point. What Starkraver did was not nice and if someone is willing to trump your for sale thread then who knows how far they would go because Starkraver literally has ill will towards me to do this.
Ask yourself this question. How would you react if he did it to you?

1997, I was 16 yo at the time, a city of ~200k ppl. All the Goa parties were considered a success if they had like 50 ppl,and I used to go alone. You couldn't find a lot of ppl at my age, in my city, listening to Goa. So no friends to share that experience.
But one night, dancing at the sounds of Johann - Stranded (Delta rmx), there she was, the black sheep of my class. The girl with the strange haircut, full of piercing, that she didn't talk to anyone (or anyone talked to her). Shared a bottle of water, talked, one of the few ppl that didn't do drugs or drink (contrary to what we thought at school), just enjoyed the music.
And now I had a friend to go to the parties.

Lunar juice is more famous and it already got played a few times on previous parties by the same guys. Also you should have seen the mass when he played it! Complete acid meltdown man! The Djs tend to play tracks that more people know (only oldschool goa but still) and I usually ask nicely for some track that I like and they play it for me. Not everyone is a goa worm that knows almost all albums by year released lolThat night in particular, VERY HARD! Legendary night! Plus the party was on a platform, maybe I can even call it a big boat that floats on the place where Sava flows into Danube, ancored to the shore. The morning was absolutely amazing as the sunrise made the danube look like its burning, the wind was blowing hard and the goa was raging. Damn that was a beautiful day!

@SixZeroFou4 mastering is being finalized so the cd has not been pressed yet, hang on, i am doing my best to have it out for Xmas, but anything earlier it is now impossible, but i am pressuring so to have it out as soon as possible. Artwork is 100% finished and that's a good thing as sometimes that delays all too
