  1. Whoohoo!

I finaly found this great album in my mailbox today!

I think it's much better then the first one, don't know why, can't put my finger on it, but I like it much more.

Ka-Sol his music is a style on it's own, unique, original, dark yet not evil, hard but subtile, minimal and full-on, melodic and industrial at once, there's allmost humorous glow, you can feel the light shining through the mask of darkness.

    All great tracks!

    I'd say 9/10 at least.

  2. :)

Hi, Like 5 or 6 years ago I heard an ambient goa-track, wich I think was from Doof, with a long sample of a group of people having a good time at a party or so, they are yelling, yaaaay, wiiiiii, and laughing, with some distortion in it, very psychedelic.I've never heard that track again, and I don't know the name.

Does any old-school Doof freak recognizes this track please? :)

(It never left my mind, especially when I heard the exact same thing last year at an open air party while on acid, people where also making those sounds when a fire artist was doing his thing, very weird, it also sounded distorted to me at the time, the song popped right into my head.... but that's another story....)

  3. Have 'em all, it's just blind fate, Suntrip has never disappoint me in the past, and I'm shure it won't in the future, I even try not to pre-listen the samples, so the music comes down on me like fresh summer rain.

Only Ra was too difficult to resist the temptation, so I pre-listened that one, too curious. :)

  4. Diggin' up something from the dust. :P

The ultimate melancholic track of all time must be Dead Can Dance - Indus, this is waaay beyond dark, this track breeds the blackest atmosphere I have ever felt in any track, it's pure darkness.

I also agree on Cold Meat and stuff like The Circular Ruins, Raison D'Etre, Lustmord and such, but this one beats them all imo.

Also Big Men Cry from Banco De Gaia, but it's not dark, more melancholic, more emotional.

  5. I probably posted this before like 10 time's, but for me personaly, the best chill compilation ever put together is without any doubt; Soul Vibration 001 released by Liquid Records.

This one goes deep, it creates a very down to earth atmosphere, kinda dark feel to it too imo.

The Mystery Of The Yeti and Mystical Experiences are very good too, Entheogenic's first one too, definatly and Module 01 from 3d vision was also a great compilation.

    Pitch Black is also amazing.

Same goes for Dakini Nights, and most Dakini and Interchill releases...

edit; like mentioned a few posts above by morphpsy Kaya Projects , truelly beautifull soundscapes all over.

  6. Damn, damn, damn!!! :clapping:

K.O.B. - Missing Some Marbles is great!!!

Great drive, steady acidic riff, nothing too complicated but still a great f*cking track! :)

    I reaaaaly love it! :)

  7. ... in the trance scene that means selling out...

...i gave up on them after Bp empire...

Exactly, personaly, I think they like the money, who wouldn't?

They have the talent, they love what they do... it's like Metallica, what they do now sounds nothing compared to what they used to sound like...

It's their choise, I don't blame them.I just wouldn't wan't to hear any of their latest compositions on a party, actually, they played IM on a very comercial radio channel last week... :)

Think Anoebis captured it perfectly, they probably just grew out of it, made their own personal progress.

I can immagine, if your'e making as much music as they produced, they eventually want to do something different.

Can't blame them, they gave us treasures with Classical Mushroom and The Gathering, and ofcoarse their tasty name Infected Mushroom, allways loved that name. :)
