1. What a dumb topic.

What "Ale" fails to see that even in the "golden era" of goatrance, 99% of the music was bland and uninspired, or then he just hasn´t heard that much "goa" to begin with.

Ahh, I looked at his profile and found this.

"i bought no 2006 psytrance releases because i don't like this old 2006 sound.

i find dark full on, israeli full on and clubby progressive very LOUSY!"

He probably does not understand that there´s much more to present "psytrance" than the aforementioned "genres", man I hate those words, "psytrance" and "genre"

  2. Vinyl for me.

Most pop/rock/whatever releases are also available in said format, I usually only buy a cd`s if it`s the only choice.

*honesty edit* the cover art in vinyls usually pisses all over the cd ones, check out dragon tales for example, just how much more impressive it is.

  3. I think this track is probbly an remix of angelic particles because the original angelic particles was an ambient track released on twisted album in 1995 which means the track was produced some time in 1994, so this guy stole the track from the godford itself, on the 10 commandments it is stated that noone should steale.

    Get your facts straight `tard.

    I like them both.

  4. Now i really want buy some cds because i feel sad with that downloading and at least want support Simon posford because he gave me the best feelings together with the lovely best moni i ever had in my long life since almost two years now i have such feelings, but i don´t want share my or my parents credit card dates so i want pay first when the cd arrived, is that possible in saikosounds or psysho, if not i will ceck amazon or a different company, i´m really looking forword to buy cds that i won´t have that bad feelings anymore.

In germany there is a service with which you pay per name, so you pay first when the stuff arrived, i hope saikosounds has this feature

    Hahahahaha.

On a serious note, try www.wirikuta.at, they stock many labels, including twisted and you can pay them by bank transfer which doesn`t cost anything within the eu.

  5. There isn´t ANY msuic which gives me the same feeling than hallucinogen expect some very old dragonfly releases whcih are usually also produced by simon but other artists sounded similar to hallucinogen on that time, there isn´t any music which gave me even close feelings than hallucinogen, especially 2005, i can say that the msuic played with my feelings together with monica, man i couldn´t wait last year this time until the school ends that i finally could play fluoro neuro sponge from ym mp3 player and think of moni, it was bizzare what the music made with me, this year i realise what hallucinogen did with me last year, i was under full control of hallucinogen man i turned all lights off, sat down and heard fluoro neuro sponge as loud as possible, i closed my eyes and was like in dreams while listening to hallucinogen, simon posford is simon posford, let´s see what will happen this year, maybe this year alpha centauri will be the track or dorset perception of shpongle, i´ll see.

    Shut up, mongoloid.

  6. I have been going to parties in the electroninc music scene for a good 10-13 years now and I must say that whilst I on't orship a dj or an artits as such, I much prefer a dj than a live set... for example, I heard Mubali live in Japan, and yes his music rocked, yes oit was good fun, but seeing som dude tweak his laptop was really boring... then i had the absolute please of seeing DJ TeeBee do a drum n bass et on 2 cdj's and 2 vinyl at rthe same tim, and it was brilliant, he mixed the tracks so they flowed perfectly, he told a story better than probably 99.9% of most psy artits doing live today could, and he created a fun vibe that made verybody leave the gig with a big grin... Dj'ing is fun, it takes a helluva lot of skill to do well, but ostly it is fun... ad fun is what this sceneis lacking and why t sucks balls now-a-days... shut the fuck up all of you and just have some damn fun without being pretentious geeky wankers!

    Agreed 100%

  7. Hmm I`ll take that into consideration personally I`ve never been a big fan of those "major" parties in large venues @ Hki. The most fun I`ve had in those countryside cottage raves and forest parties, especially those some years back in borgoa 8)

Vibrasphereä en ole kuullut, progetrancee? ja "Fantsu" on just sopiva adjektiivi kuvaamaan Sesto Sentoa

Now we gotta stop spamming technossomy´s thread :D

  8. "Attack" is their 1st cd release, there´s a 12" out on death$ucker records, which is currently out of stock but there will be a limited repress of 300 copies, and a Nam Shub "European Tour 06" 12" out soon.

    630320

    np.

Kickass dead labels, wms and edgecore :( I`ve also searched quite a bit for some of their stuff + early psyH stuff (when bernie was a tree + the dancing to the sound of the sun 2cd compilation, to no avail)

Also check out the Monster Zoku stuff, highly recommended.

  10. I have a digital recording of him like in 1997, and the output is taken directly from the mixer.... its really good.... but I wont give it to you, because you suck, youre a pirate!

    630001

    I`m not a pirate, bootleg plz :)

  11. with a proper program i can make a very good set,

    627883

I´m sure you can, only with a program you aren´t actually doing anything. The problem here with these "djaying is not a skill" etc... comments is the psy/goa "dj culture" which is nonexistant, sure today`s psy dj`s are technically all right, but the crossfadind jukeboxes of the dat era are still fresh in people`s minds.

It comes down to personal preference whether a Hallucinogen "live" or a "Carol" Cox dj set sounds better but the skill in the "live set" is only evident in the songs themselves since there is little to no skill involved in playing music in such a way when compared to a dj doing it on the fly.

*edit* And I`d say that 68th position is pretty high condisering what kind of a publication dj magazine is, it`s 98% "mainstream" house, techno and dnb.
