nah seraph, i always thought i had more of a green nuns'ish kinda avatar... if i wanted a hallucinogen'ish avatar, id pick some av of some homeless crackhead shooting up and this is SOOO true for the kinda avs i like, i think green nuns fits my personality best...

hallucinogen is probly the most deranging mind twisting music i know, but really... a bit too dark and fucked up for me... for goa im more of a cosmosis or D5 kinda guy... and if i want the darker more wild & twisted goa, then total eclipse, mfg, planet ben or pleiadians will do me better... hallucinogen just always had a slightly nervewracking upsetting feeling to it...

psytrance shouldnt be more about uplifting... if i wanted uplifting trance there is plenty of eurotrance out there!!! but its only one part of the psychadelic triad of music for the body, mind, and soul. and uplifting psy only caters to one of the 3 neccesary psytrance styles. you are unbalanced if you prefer one over the other 2. you need derango for the mind, and, yes im serious here, 1200 mics for the body! (they at least give the mind and spirit a rest and focus mainly on the dance, thats why i think they are essential) and i agree with cinos, i do think BT is pretty skilled in his unique effects up there with hallucinogen and infected mushroom (im a big fan too, i need variety and he does that poppy mainstream thing so well...)

thats kinda how i do my thing, but now im thinking of splitting my "psy" into fullon/darkpsy/ and "the rest" as my collection grows and when im in a certain mood i like similar things grouped together for easy decision making...
