you cant hear the beat because the waveform of a beat is not there...but it still has a bpm.... 4/4 8/8 16/16 they need a tempo...what about music by ishq , elve etc?some of it its absolutely beatless.
-
Chilled C'Quence have some similarities with Side Liner I would say.
They have two albums out.
Dream Triggers (2008)
Magic Sense (2006)
thanks!!! i'll check them out!!!

Really nice music....i've been listening to Emotional Diving and I like it a lot.... do you know any similar releases by other artists???
-
i wanted to kill that mofo...and on top of it wasnt just any track...it was a track i havent had heard for years, and which used to get spinned quite often in that club a long time ago...so that jackass actually commited blasphemy by desecrating one of the tracks that marked my initiation to electronica and clubbing. :drama:thats really pissing off isnt it ...i would demand a refund if i were you.
btw the track is benassi bros - love is gonna save us

good music...
and some common sense...i mean i heard a guy cut a track just before the climax and put another....WTF

Steve Roach is one of the masters of beatless... look through his releases for smt that suits you, he has a lot of wonderful albums.
pete namlook, bill laswell - psychonavigation 2 is perfect if you want good ambient.
-
being an avid enthusiast of Steve I recommend Infinite Planet and Fever Dreams

yeah i read that they used to play black metal earlier...am not really interested in that though...I used to listen to them on cassette when they were a bunch of kids playing amateur pagan black metal. They were called Fiendish Nymph.
They say that they are using traditional ancient Greek instruments made by this enthusiast.
They've got some good tunes but most of them are too folkish for me.
And they take the whole thing too seriously ...
haha perhaps they do, but its all good, its different and they have a good ideas.
you should look into the "hellenic religion" guys...i think you might have a different perception of "they take the whole thing too seriously" after that

if candyflipping is mellow then you are doing it wrong...hahaNice job.
Really mellow trip, I like acid in high doses so I would like it to show more teeth.. This is kinda candyflipinn stuff
That bassline at 4.00 ruined whole trip but flashback seconds after turned it back on line.. As you have good background u know what happens at 6.00 in goa and thats nicely done..
Overall, great track, nice lines, good old classic kick and fluid basslines (except that mess at 4.00).. Since u didnt put download option it was great way to test directwireing features on my audio card and it works perfectly but I think Ill have to maximise the track.. Maybe the voice should have few dB up.. Do u wanna share which tools did u use for lead lines?
In one other topic u said u posted the samples, where are they? I cant find them on the page..
great track afgin congrats :clapping:

woot are you talig ?

I thought Fruity Loops were for kids ?
Try it. If you have it in you, you will tweak that mofo out of its mind in days.

I am here...
And I agree with both of you, snowball and Nemo, these 3 groups are in the scene since its beginnings and they are still productive and creative, but I have to add a group that has almost nothing to do with them, but are for very long time in the scene and are still kicking - HARDFLOOR. Their last album was impeccaple, and they proved again that they are among the best and most creative in the scene. So for me the title would be FSOL - HARDFLOOR - EAT STATIC - JUNO REACTOR.
solar quest should be added too then!
but idk these 3 have something different in their music, something that makes you go wow but you cant really understand what it is!
-
oh man i cant remember all the track names, they have released so much... is it on an ep or an album?awww poor seraph! I was just listening to some nice FSOL yesterday, (Environments) you heard that one?
-
prbly tripping off on the lifeforms vid on youtube!oh yeah baby where is seraph?!
-
FSOL, music for the mind :posford:I've been on a big FSOL kick recently... Juno Reactor and Eat Static are at the top of my list as well. Totally agreed.
-
You better watch it mate, cause you start sounding like me Yes, I totally agree with the above, and as a matter of fact I am listening to the Bony Incus release at the moment (Eat Static, if you did not know hehe).
Yeah man I noticed, we are starting to share our taste in music!!
am listening to bony incus right now....haha this is scary shit!

These guys are what I call geniuses. They transcend all boundaries in their music. They never stayed stagnant, and every track they released just explodes with creativty and mastery of the craft, real sound alchemists!
All that to say I like their music.
-
dont give up guys....you can keep this alive.
