I'll always hold a candle for Astral Projection as they were one of the main groups to introduce me to psy trance during the mid 90's. I think their first 3 albums are excellent and their fourth album, Another World, had a few good tracks too.

 

Admittedly, since the turn of the millenium I haven't liked a single thing they've released but they'll always have a place in my heart. Many of their melodies are forever seared in to my mind.

I know the first contact feeling but i think mfg are able to give you the feeling, too for example the albums new kind of world or the prophecy, most tracks there are like psychedelic folc music.

MFG is far better then AP for me, MFG managed to have superb evolution in their tracks (we are the machines!) also they created both dark ultra psychedelic as melodic goa trance...

 

But I like AP too of course, but MFG is my nr 1 group ever, so well

Of course old astral projection is really awesome, tracks like mahadeva and the time began with the universe but in much tracks they put not enough sounds in it, for example people can fly would be lot better with more sounds.

Which israelina group do you like more? I must say that i like astral projection but i like mfg more because they have much more emotional melodies, the melodies are so emotional that sometimes i think that is folcmusic, for example the track journey beyond the world or experience or hipnoticed and much more, they all are much more melodios than mainstream astral projection.

I use FL Studio 5, but i don´t use any of the worse plugins there, i use a synth called JX16 which usually cames with old cubase and it´s the best psytrance synth and i use a synth called Xhip, Xhip is a fine little snth that emulates the SH09/101, and for my drums i use odo´s DRfusion and Odo´s Rythms, the best free drummashines. For my mastering i use wave plugins like compressors and limiters.

radio644, you've made quite a nice track here.

what's positive is that the sounds are very classy and acidic.

the negative side is that your track follows the same formula through the track, meaning it's quite repetitive.

Check out this, i´ve programmed my synths to sound like in "deranger" and in "fluoro neuro shponge" (the distordet synth) i think it sounds good and really like old stuff. I alzo think that the production quality is fine, too, i´ve used mastering plugins like waves C1 comperssor or Waves L1 Ultramaximizer to master the track.

Okay Cyan is nitzhonot but i like the melodies, the cd beast of the east has some pretty good tracks on it, very melodic and some tracks aren´t soooooo cheesy, the cd transmission from Cyan isn´t really nitzhonot, this is more trance, but the cd braindance really sucks, that´s really bad nitzhonot. Ah and i forget, Cyan isn´t bad but the Israely Nitzhonot sucks really!

I'm not sure he had hired singer back then.

Wasn't he dating Michele Adamson before? She have provided her voice to Shpongle, Younger Brother + numerous track here and there. She also have a solo album out. So it could be her singing.

I think that he has singers like Michele Adamson because it is hard or impossible to make what you can hear on agelic particles.
