  1. Not anymore since the day i met your mother!

  2. A sexual thought I bet... ...but yeah, I have missed you.
  3. Apologies for the delay in getting back to everyone but I was away over the weekend enjoying, amongst other things, some naughty substances. :posford:
  4. Is that you, sir Gaylord Cumloads from Swallows?

  5. Why love that Off Topic is gone? It's not like you were forced to read or post in that section.
  6. I thought it absolutely brilliant on release and enjoyed it for many years. When I listen to it today though, I find it wears thin pretty quick so I don't think time has treated it favourably. But I don't know, I suppose it remains a good album, just not the sort of stuff I enjoy at this point in time.
  7. Yeah, I agree. It's the best tack on the album and possibly one of Simon's finest moments and, considering how fine a musician he is, that's saying something. There's a bit in the track, maybe two thirds of the way through, where, after it's slowed down and gone all mellow and dreamy, it kicks back into life with that incredible semi-creaking, semi-whooshing sound. It's difficult describing the sound as it's kinda flowing yet, paradoxically, it's also kinda staggered in it's effect (I think of it as the sound of time slowing down) but, whatever it is and however you describe it, it always gets my hairs standing on end. Just incredible.
  8. I loved Regenald in ways a man really shouldn't.
  9. Yup. Jilted was their only true masterpiece, without question.
  10. It seems most of the old crowd have vanished and I guess the death Off Topicis is to blame. Does reger still visit?
  11. Shakta - Spiritual Beings In Physical Bodies :posford:
  12. Is Pavel dead or did he go over to Isratrance to post forever more?
  13. I only enjoyed the original and thought the story should have stopped there. But as always happens after any successful movie in Hollywood, they wanna make more $$$ and so tack on sequels, regardless of whether they work or not.
  14. Will you put a cage on my head with a rat inside if I argue there was once an Off Topic section?
  15. Is it too late to complain about the Off Topic section being removed?
  16. I don't think I've ever seen a car parked in a basement, yet alone sat in a car parked in a basement. Either (as I suspect)you were tripping and it didn't really happen or you need to explain to me how you get a car down a basement.
  17. Well penis enlargments don't come cheap. No, but seriously, I felt pretty sad writing them down to be sold, and sending them off will be harder still... but I wanna go sailing around the Med for a few years with a friend and need to sell everything I own if it's gonna happen. Besides, I have them all copied to my hard drive so, yeah...
  18. I should point out I probably should have been more specific about the condition of each item (but after 2 hours of typing I just wanted to post the bloody thread) but anyone can message me for individual marks out of 10 for individual CD's, inlays, digipaks and jewel cases.
  19. Desperately need money to fund a permanent change in lifestyle and am consequently selling everything, yes everything , I own including my CD collection. All these CD's are gonna be put up on eBay in a day or two, but I figured I'd give you guys and girls a chance to get them first. 20. Cease confusing girlfriends with cats. It's unhealthy.
  21. I think all artists evolve but the best artists are those who evolve their own individual style and are nott concerned with what sound is currently in fashion.
  22. Most forms of music get my mind painting pictures. When I hear blues I invariably think of train tracks or the open road, of being on the move, traditional folk music usually gets me thinking of fields, of rivers and open countryside a lot of trance/psy music propogates images of other wordly stuff like pixies or secret gardens where strange plants and flowers grow. I dunno, I think several years of acid abuse are probably to blame.
  23. Outdoor party. Home. Indoor Party. In that order. Loud music just sounds incredible outside when it's free to travel and not reverberating off walls, it's magical...
  24. Personally I don't care for the artistry on album covers. Some covers I like, others I don't, but they never effect my appreciation (or non-appreciation) of the music. I barely study album covers for more than a few seconds anyway and am much more interested with the written information printed on the album than the artwork itself. Ultimately, the imagery I associate with the music I create in my head while it plays, so those printed on the album, to me at least, are redundant.
