  1. All the parties around here during the summertime are free, and the ones held inside at winter are crappy anyways. I remember paying like 14 Euros to see Kox box live in summer '99 (by the way, that was one kick-ass party), but that's the last time any big-name artist/group visited Finland... :( Except for the Faggotts of course ;).

  2. Basically all the samples ever used by Asia 2001, those are simply awful and he really should leave his tracks samplesless. Also that "I'm on fucking fire" -sample used at least in a couple of tracks is really irritating.

  3. Recreational Record Shop is by far the best as far as the atmosphere goes, the stock is cool too. And of course Spinecenter. They have lots of psy in that what's-it-called music shop in Itäkeskus the one that used to be Spinecenter, some old ones too. What ever happened to Subside?

  4. Hey people sorry that I sneak into this thread like this but this is urgent: What's that place on Yucatan peninsula in Mexico, near Cancun, that one with cheap acommodation byt the beach and nice laid-back people? They mentioned it in the Lonely planet episode that was about Yucatan. Anyone have any idea what the friggin I'm talking about? I could get a round-trip airline ticket to Cancun and back for as little as 400Euros. So please help me!

  5. I'd say there should be a law against Astral Projection making remixes of their own tracks. All the Mahadeva rmxs suck major time bollocks, which is quite an accomplishment considering the greatness of the original, and this is the case with all their great oldies. Kabalah would be another prime example. So no more, please.

  6. Tatsu - Hope you won't be dissapointed, as Cybermancy is not quite up to the level of their best party-killer releases. The album is more-minimal-less-full-on in style than, say, Shores of Freedom, Deeply unexpected, This is the end and gems like that. Their new album should be available shortly, I'm anxious to find out which route they have chosen this time.

  7. Without a doubt, MAIA, the best track anywhere ever, unmatched even by the Pleiadians themselves. Big ol' cry-baby me, but I listened to this track very loud in my car a week or so ago when driving in some dense traffic, and shed a couple of tears when that great melody kicked in at around 5:17. Simply stunning. Lunar Civilization by Crop Circles is also up there.
