  1. no other tracks on any other compilations (yet) but an album is currently in early phases... it'll likely be a mix of stuff that I've done, from beatless to downtempo beats... also, there was album a while ago called "early reflections" which is mostly stuff I did when I was trying to settle into making music... I would like to say I've progressed a lot since then but you still might enjoy it... the netlabel it was on doesn't host it anymore but I was lucky enough to find it on archive.org http://www.archive.org/details/dt006 enjoy peace and smiles liam
  2. thank you for the kind words abasio it reassuring to know someone out there digs these tracks when work runs long and inspiration short... www.myspace.com/valliam
  3. I have it coming in the mail... still waiting honestly, if hardware is too out of reach as far as money is concerned, sample based programs like atmosphere, altered states, or morphology are excellent alternatives...
  4. I'm new to these boards and I thought I'd share my ambient work with you... val_liam.zed.cbc.ca I'm working on a new demo that hopefully soon will be finished so I can pass them around in vancouver... my favorites are "wonder" (named after my favorite alex grey painting) and "dissolution" (my newest track, just posted it yesterday) "niraya" is a dark psy song I did too for those who are interested...
  5. sorry if my description is crap... but here it goes... you have your screen showing all your sequencing and then on the left there are two columns, your "inspector" (to your furthest left) and where all your vsts show up (closest to your screen)... on the column with the vsts, your installed vst should show the device and its audio channel (below the device)... simply click on your audio device, and on your inspector, click inserts... 8 slots for inserts where your vst effects go are there... just click on one of the slots and plug in your vst effect... hope that helps...
