  1. Thanks for the kind words. Yeah, I try to keep my music more like goa. It just seems to me that every time someone uses a similar kick+bassline combination, it's automatically labeled as full on. I wasn't being too serious anyway, I just like to joke around every now and then.
  2. Afterdose - Space Invaders Clickity click. Yup, a new track. It's not exactly finished, there's a bit tweaking I want to do here and there, but the structure's pretty much done. It's pretty melodic and atmospheric, so not your usual meat and potatoes full on in here. But yeah, it's sorta full on-ish. So, I'ma sell out, shoot me. ...boom? Anyway, feedback appreciated.
  3. Oh no you don't. In Finland we have to learn Swedish and it's damn hard. Even Latin is easier. Not to mention a lot more useful.
  4. FL5 is already out y'know. Anyway, care to provide a sample? If you're going for traditional full on bassline, it should be fairly easy. Just make sure you've removed all the frequencies below 30 from the mix. You'll have to use EQ though, 'cause Fruity's free filter isn't accurate.
  5. The most little bit better than average, but not good track.
  6. Yes, I understand they're not well-known for their production value, but I was simply answering his question. Texas Faggot is a well-known artist, isn't it? Yes, I admit it. It's true that Logic, Cubase and other big sequencers sound better, but that doesn't mean that Fruity has to sound bad. In fact, I believe that it's capable producing just as good sound as the ones I mentioned. After all, they're all mastered using the same tools. Why don't the professional artist use it then? 'Cause it lacks of proper hardware support and eats up a little bit too much of CPU. Not to mention that its GUI is harshly different from the sequencers they've been using for years. Well, that's what I think anyway.
  7. I'm just listening to Converting Vegetarians' b-side. Some pretty laid back breaks here, but maybe it's more like chill out than psy breaks, I dunno. This isn't very dance-able though, but thought you might wanna check it out.
  8. I have no idea why being on a dial stops you from buying it, but that was just a suggestion. Whatever suits you the best...
  9. http://torrents.vip-torrents.com/1994-12-1...kenfold.torrent Good news: it's at 192 kbps. Bad news: it ain't working for me. If someone manages to get it, pleaaase share it with me. I hate to be of trouble, but to me this seems the only way to get it.
  10. How about buying Fruity? It comes with free updates for life, y'know.
  11. http://forum.isratrance.com/viewtopic.php/...c/53266/forum/2 Just ignore the last 8 pages.
  12. Wow. Lots of feedback. Yeah, I agree with you about the mastering. I blame the mp3-conversion though, but no way to change that, is there. I'll think about adding a voice sample. I haven't really looked around for them, mostly because I rarely use them, but yeah, a well-placed voice sample could be really wicked. Expect a new/better version from me in a day or two.
  13. A nice sample? Thanks for the input. The problem is that mastering is a bit problematic to me. Y'see I have no monitoring device, except for a pair of Sennheiser hi-fi headphones and I do all my mixing in FL5. I can't afford the good stuff... But hey, enough whining about equipment. If you want to play it, great. I'll try my best at mastering it!
  14. Alright, sorry 'bout that crack full on people. If I pissed you off you can always take it out on me and tell how much you hate my music. Anyways, the new track: http://personal.inet.fi/urheilu/fsf/Alienated.mp3 I wouldn't call it goa or psytrance, but it definitely has some psy elements in it. Lots of pads, dream-like melodies and layers. Has a slight resemblance to ambient trance, maybe even progressive. So. Tell me what you think?
  15. Thanks Rowe! Just letting you guys know, I've released a mastered version, check the first post for details. I'll be soon releasing it on my my artist page, so check out my other tracks if you're interested.
  16. Thanks for comments, guys. As I said I haven't done any mastering yet, so it lacks of dynamics because I had to heavily compress it to get up the master volume. I'm uploading a new version, hopefully with better mastering, quite soon, so stay tuned. Yeah, I have more stuff uploaded, but it's mostly IMO really poorly mastered, even worse than this one. But if you still wanna hear it, just ask me. I'm always willing to pimp my stuff.
  17. Hey y'all, I've been making psytrance for about a year now, and would love to have some feedback on a new track of mine: Cosmic Shuffle [updated version] It's still WIP (work-in-progress), so I haven't really done any mastering. Mostly I'd like feedback on melodies and structure, but all comments are appreciated.
  18. FLStudio 5. It doesn't get easier than that. And it's quite powerful too really, but not too great if you're using hardware. In other words, perfect for you. But don't think that any of the big sequencers is easy to use, it'll take some work to learn your way around. Best way to start is to take a look at tutorials.
