  1. Thanks for the comments! It's feedback like this that keeps me playing music!

I have a few sets of this caliber... I made one almost as powerful in July last year.

    http://www.tranceaddict.com/forums/showthread.php?threadid=529134

Also, check out Brutal Machine, it's metal fused with high-energy full-on. My style seems to be relatively unique

    Thanks, dude! :D

Full-on psytrance completely sucks these days. It's legitimately impossible to find unique, powerful tracks with interesting melodies, structures, and basslines. This is the last collection of awesome tracks I have found in my last 2 and a half years of searching. Unfortunately, it will probably be rare that I play an entire set with tracks as fun as these. This one bangs pretty hard, guys, enjoy it while it lasts. :)

    Galactika - Open Range

    Electro Vision - Stage Davin

    Phobia - Out of Sight

    Hypnoxock - Sala-Din

    Sidharta - Transform (Vibraddict Remix)

    Astral Projection - The Prophecy

    Xerox & Illumination - Elements

Painkiller vs Bio Genesis - Chilakillers

    Volcano - Emoison Key

Phanatic - Techno Park (Phanatic & Bizarre Contact Remix)

    Ananda Shake - Final Call

    Ziptnf - Power Trip (61:22) 112 MB ~256kbps

  3. Some of these recommendations didn't show up in my thread about psybreaks!

    http://www.psynews.org/forums/index.php?/topic/58069-psydubpsysteppsybreaks/

And those recommendations and research inspired my latest mix:

    http://www.psynews.org/forums/index.php?/topic/58422-ziptnf-broken-signal-psystepdubby-psybreaks/

Definitely try Audiovoid, and look for the new Wonk#ay release coming soon. VA - Temple of Science is good for chill psybreaks.

  4. well, for now i think there is no LB album in the making. But Jonas are working with ibojima as "DuoTekk" and "Nord" with some upcoming releases on iboga, and not to forget the recently released LB track South Africa on TIP White.

Yes, I heard South Africa, is Logic Bomb starting to drift more into electro territory?

I hope they get togheter once again and do a full LB album this year, cuz i never get tired of them =)

    Hear hear!
  5. I think I got what are you looking for.

Outer Signal & Dapanji - El Diablo

    Holy exploding energy, batman!

That track is absolutely fucking crazy, but a bit too dark for my upcoming mix. It is DEFINITELY going on one of my dark mixes!!! Thanks for the recommendation!

  6. One of the most intense fullon traks I can think of was Space Buddha - Acid Prophecy...

Not a bad track, pretty interesting! I prefer Space Buddha - Blow Your Heart Up, it may not be filled with as much pure energy, but it's a very unique full-on track.

    http-~~-//www.youtube.com/watch?v=rZNwR0ubO2g

Yo zip, could you make a mix out of all the most intense tracks, like the one's posted here. This thread is making me want to listen to full-on again lol!

I'm planning on making a very stomping full-on set within the next two weeks, I had to come to this thread for one or two more tracks, and so far only one has made the cut! :P

    Shift - Toxic Shake

Lots of energy, but the sound doesn't quite fit with what I'm looking for at the moment. PLEASE don't think all these suggestions are going to waste, I am planning a separate mix a few months from now that is just pure psytrance, not quite as cookie cutter as full-on, but lots of energy.

    Twisted System - Necessary Evil

VERY cool track! Nice and dark, pretty pounding.

    Frozen Ghost - Ned's Mental

Not really my cup of tea here, dude, sorry...

Azax Syndrome vs Bliss - Psycho Madness

This one is pretty cool too, I have this album, and they have a lot of moody, thick full-on in there. My favorite from that album is "The Better Man":

  7. Ok, I'll try again:

    Sidharta - Transform (Vibraddict rmx)

It's one of my all-time favourite tracks, so be nice ;) I've listened to it several hundred times and I don't get tired of it. From 2:38 onward it's pure bliss.

I can see why!! It's AWESOME!!!!!!!!! This is exactly the kind of stuff I'm looking for. Definitely a contender for a spot in my latest set! :P

    Winter Demon - Active Mode

Great track, I love this bassline, it's so cool. Only a few tracks have basslines like this.
  8. Judging by your extract, what you need is a serious dose of:

    - Pitch Hikers (latest album)

    - Wizack Twizack (the latest 2 albums)

    - Shift (any)

Pitch Hikers has pretty good stuff, their album from 2007 is pretty decent.

Sigh...Take two doses of V/A - Ministry of Chaos, V/A - Macao, and Timecode's Retrospective albums and you should be fine. Also, Deliriant and Hypnoxock album were super.

Why do you sigh? Is it a chore to give people reccomendations?

Also, Ministry of Chaos was a bit too dark for my interests at the moment... I'm looking for a bit more of the slamming full-on without too much darkness or too much happiness. Active, energetic, and interesting. Sometimes the night full-on stuff just sounds like a bunch of squishing, squelching, and hypnotic psychedelic energy melodies tweaking up and down for the entire time. Don't get me wrong, some of it rocks, but others can be a bit irritating...

Hm, in that case you may wanna try some proper Hardcore or Speedcore? Plenty of energy I promise ;)

What? When the hell did I ever say I wanted Speedcore? Is this a joke?
  9. Psychotic Micro - Take Over

In the right direction... full-on sound, but lacking energy imo. I actually have the Overpowered compilation.

    Double R.E.L. - Sawlead Moment

Almost there, I'm actually looking for tracks a bit less dark than this, or the one in my original post. Night full-on is great, but can you think of any superenergetic bleep bloop pounding full-on? This one doesn't have as much energy as my original post, but I'm looking for stuff in this category:

    http-~~-//www.youtube.com/watch?v=vwlfSXVrYhs

Khopat vs. Sidharta - Beyond Messure Of Control

Right up my alley! Definitely good stuff, that's pretty much overflowing! :) Maybe veer towards the middle in the full-on spectrum when it comes to dark vs uplifting?
  10. First that came to my mind.

    http-~~-//www.youtube.com/watch?v=jPEF14Vt6AY

Too bad about not interested in goa, there's a ton of energy to be found there.

Also another neat track. It's not that I'm not interested in Goa, it's just not what I'm looking for right now. Right now I'm looking for full-on that matches the energy in my original post. I definitely may use these suggestions in the future for a Goa mix! :D

    Also maybe?

This is the speed of darkpsy but it sounds more full-on! Weird track, definitely! :P

And timecode's releases are pretty maximal : d

Timecode has a ton of compilations, I've really only listened to their Broken compilation, Tickets, and Shift. Any particular suggestions?

  11. So I have listened to a bunch of psytrance over the past few years and it seems that the energy has started to level out. Nothing pushes the boundaries anymore, I can't find hardly any psytrance (full-on, night, or darkpsy) that is absolutely exploding with energy from every corner. I feel like all I ever do is request music on this forum, but I think it's necessary so that we can start compiling similar tracks or albums. I need something aggressive, something relentlessly blasting your face off with psychedelic sounds and basslines.

In the massive desert of full-on psytrance, there are very few gems (good tracks), and even fewer diamonds (energy overload tracks). I mean, I'm looking for something that is just overflowing with energy, and full-on doesn't always fit the bill, but I know there are a few tracks that have what I'm looking for. Here is an example of a track with (in my mind) unrivaled energy. Give until about 2:50 to really get going. There HAS to be more stuff like this.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5H3hyGy_adQ

  12. I hardly even have any examples to list as to what I'm looking for. Anything with beautiful strings, piano, cool noises, lush atmospheres, but NO BEATS PLEASE! It annoys me when tracks are labeled as "ambient" and they start slamming with beats halfway through. They usually aren't that hardcore, but I have found several "ambient" tracks that teeter on the edge of progressive psytrance. Help me find some pretty and TRULY AMBIENT tracks. :)

  13. Posted Image

This is a set packed with some of the dirtiest, filthiest, most disgusting beats around. Some of the transitions may seem a bit weird, as these tracks were particularly hard to mix. Hope you enjoy! :)

    Heyoka - Kombulade

    Nagual Sound Experiment - Zorastafari

    Audiovoid - Twitch Throb

    sLime - Dubchugg

    RAW - Dirty Dub

    Fat Pat - Rad Sauce

    Morphatrix - Off the Grid

    Metcalfe - Chameleon

Meat Axe - Two Whiffs and Your Greedy

    Sensient - Multiplier

    Artifakt - Broken

    Beatkrush - Smoker's Delight

    Ziptnf - Broken Signal.mp3 (64:31) 118.14 MB ~256kbps

  14. Hey all. I'd prefer more psytrance recommendations than Goa, but most Indian music has really trippy sounds, sitars, magical atmospheres, and stuff that just makes you wanna be on the beach looking at the sunset in Goa, India with a drink and a spliff listening to what feels like the entire history of a civilization enveloping you.

Sorry, I went off on a tangent there, but hopefully you know what I mean. I don't want anything very clubby at all, I'm looking for more atmosphere. I already know that Shpongle is a good example, but I could use more, from energetic full-on stuff to proggy to electro to breaks to ambient. Anything will be good. Thanks!
